“We had a great experience here. The food was delicious. Will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended. Thank you for great food and service.”

“When I entered the restaurant we were greeted with a very warm welcome. Our waiter Mustafa was so nice, great service and the food was amazing. Definitely will be back!!!!! Love the desert!”

“The lunch special is worth it ($15) for the plate. We had the chicken koobideh and beef koobideh, and it pairs well with doogh. The cocktail drinks here are well done too, I had the Pink Paloma. It is definitely worth the trip from the airport.”

“Ali was our server tonight. It was a lovely evening filled with kabob and we can not wait to come back. Thank you Ali for an exceptional Friday night. See you next time.”

“We saw this restaurant on TikTok and Instagram and the food looked delicious! We celebrated my mom's birthday. The food was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered the platter for 5 people that included hummus and salad. They offer several. Beef with lamb, Beef with chicken, and a seafood platter. My only observation is they should have a combo plate that includes Shrimp, instead of only 1 seafood platter. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.”

“Forget about other persian or middle eastern resturants in the state of Illinois. If you are in Chicago and you dont check this place out it would be your loss. My only regret is why I have not found this place sooner. I feel I was robbed out of my money eating in any other place 10/10”

“Was looking for a good medatarian place after Dubai trip and glad found Shemroon. Great juicy kabab, eveeything tasted vwry fresh and service was great!! Recommended! By the way, parking is opposite the restaurant.”

“My food arrived cold and I had to ask for it to be reheated. That tells me it wasn’t freshly prepared which is really disappointing.”

“I reserved this place for Valentines date dinner and we were really looking forward to trying Shemroon also it my girlfriends first time trying a Persian restaurant. Wine arrived super late, water was not refilled at all until asked, and main entree (Koubideh) was never put in the system. We were given complementary baklava and tea, but it still was arguably one of the worst services I’ve ever received.”
