“Had the chicken shawarma plate from Zam Zam Middle Eastern Grill in Wrigleyville and it was honestly so good. The chicken was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned, and the portion size was definitely worth it. The basmati rice paired really well with the shawarma, and the falafel on the side added the perfect crispy touch. I also loved the fresh sides and sauces, especially the garlic sauce with the pita bread. Everything tasted fresh and filling, making it a perfect meal after being around Wrigleyville. Definitely one of my favorite spots for shawarma in Chicago!!”

The chicken kabob was the best kabob I’ve had in a really long time it’s takes about 20 min to cook but they definitely cook it with love so juicy and so flavorful ! Every plate is made so beautifully and done with care really amazing cooks here they’re always working so hard! You really gotta appreciate that these days . Best service from the most amazingly sweet girl at the front counter really packs everything with care and efficiency and very accommodating. I love it here I willl be coming back for more . “I’ve recently started visiting Zam Zam, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind. What stands out most is the staff - they’re consistently kind, attentive, and even take the time to remember returning customers, which is something you don’t come across often anymore. On my last visit, I ordered a 4 lamb chops bowl and added two extra chops (3 dollars a piece). The presentation was beautiful, but what really made the experience special was a thoughtful detail from one of the chefs - a rose-shaped tomato placed on the dish. It was such a small gesture, yet it genuinely brightened my day. It’s moments like these that make Zam Zam feel more than just a place to eat. The combination of great food, a peaceful environment, and genuine hospitality creates a truly wholesome experience that keeps me coming back. “This place is wildly underrated. I have been doing takeouts from here for over a year and the taste, the fillings, the quality - everything is consistent, very tasty and as authentic as it gets. My favorite from here is the desert storm shawarma ( or sandwich as listed) and is a combination of both beef and chicken as meats. If you are looking for authentic shawarma, this is one of the best places in Chicago. And the best part, the quantity is amazing value for money. They always serve with a smile, do not force a tip on your face and yet you leave feeling like tipping.”

This is one of the best Mediterranean places in Chicago. Their food is top quality, some of the best dishes I've ever had.
