So good! Missed this since my local one closed years ago.....only issue was I added an allergy stick to mine and they didn't ask what my allergy was. They only cook it separately. I am GF and they put the bread on top of my bowl. 🙄 Luckily, cross contamination doesn't affect me..... FYI, Geno was awesome!!

Probably the best experience in a flat tops we’ve ever had. Fast service amazing food! Worth the hassle coming in from the suburbs because this is the only flattops left!! We absolutely loved the service Gio gave us, he was amazing with our boys talked with them and made them feel included. Great with giving us the rundown on flattop changes, over all super great staff! Gio needs a raise!!

I’ve been here many times, I go whenever I am in the Loop. It’s always great but have to say this visit was the best service I’ve had! George was amazing! Very attentive despite clearly covering a lot of tables. Always happy when I visit Flat Top.
