“Definitely recommend; the service was amazing. I had trouble picking what to order and the staff kindly helped me at the front. Food was amazing and extremely presentable. The sweet tea is delicious, definitely unique it tastes like honey and seems very healthy yet still yummy. They even gave me a free candy for dessert! To top it off, my food was ready in like 2-3 minutes!!”

“Outstanding service and a great Chicago stop! Stopped into Brown Bag Seafood Co. while in town for work and had an excellent experience. The food was fresh and delicious, but the service truly set this place apart. Charlie and James were awesome—super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They made great menu suggestions and even took the time to point out cool places to see around Chicago. It felt genuine and made my visit even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great seafood and top-tier customer service. I’ll absolutely be back when I’m in the city again.”

“Well this is the first time ordering at the Brown Bag. It's a seafood franchise. It is unique in regards to how to order food because they give you a menu but you can either select their classics with a marker or build your own. Service was pretty fast I wouldn't necessarily say it was friendly. I was at the Willis Tower and I already tried Shake Shack hamburgers next door which I was not impressed and this is more of a food court for tourists inside the Willis Sears Tower. In regards to the ambience it's more touristy despite that I work just right across the street. In regards to what I ordered,it was actually very delicious and healthy and within my budget. Hoping for $15 but I guess you could never buy it a healthy meal for $15 even for dinner. So I kind of compare this as an upgrade to certain fast food seafood places especially in Chicago like the local ones like J&J fish, Shark's in the south side which is really not healthy to eat with all the breading on the fish and shrimp. They have those selections too with fish and chips however you have the options if you're trying to stay healthy and not have any prediabetes which I have. This was a better choice and it was kind of like a bucket list. The vegetables that they put with the green beans and broccoli and brussel sprouts were actually very delicious especially brussel sprouts. The way they cooked it didn't have a specific traditional taste brussel sprouts are usually cooked that I don't like but the way they did it was good. They're "Clam chowda" as they spell it was actually very delicious. I had to avoid the oyster crackers because those are carbs yet the clam chowder has potatoes so it really didn't defeat its purpose LOL. It was very delicious right amount of cream and not too creamy like some clam chowders even compared to the ones in a can like Campbell's chunky brand. I wish I could eat the fish and chips for 16 $17 but I got to avoid breaded fish. It also kind of reminds me of an '80s relic called Long John silver again but it's much more healthy for seafood I would definitely come back. . When dining in they give you the little electric buzzing light device similar to like if you're waiting for a table at outback steakhouse or something like that. That's because they're making your order and you just go up and pick it up. Otherwise four out of five stars much better than the Shake Shack hamburger place that I was not impressed next door. They give you a complimentary swedish fish I guess as a candy dessert. Do go there between 3 pm and 6 pm because the dinner meal is now $15 instead of $20 before 3 pm and after 6 pm which I will do next time.”
““I had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was exactly what I was looking for.” I was so pleased with the service I received from here. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item.”

“James and Shay always make my food fresh every time and provides great customer service.”
“Love coming to Brown Bag! Whenever I’m here I try to get the Green Garlic shrimp which are so good, fresh, juicy and delicious. They have great special from 3-6 of half off app and plate. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly whenever I come and love that they recognize me and why I want to order every time. Definitely my favorite place of choice at Willis.”
“One of the best seafood chains in chicago! Love the Local and women owned values. The location is inside a food hall so there is no street entry, you have to go inside and it is on your right. Ordered the dinner plate (1 protein + 2 sides + garlic bread) and it filled me up for lunch and dinner 💖 Fav options: Salmon here is REALLY good! Crispy cod also a winner. Rly liked the various tots and fries options - the best tot is truffle parm. Veggie blend is good amt of greens to go with your meal! ✨ Depends on preference/passable : the honey teas rly are sweet, Maybe pass if you’re not a sweets fan. Shrimp is good but like. Its not transformed so you gotta want shrimp (vs salmon even my salmon hater friends liked it and stole it from me lmao) Chowdah really depends on the mood, its HOT so be careful of burning yourself 🥀 Pass: my only pass is the to share options, the portions are small compared to the build your own or dinner plate sizes. Get your friends to eat family style and order another build your own instead for more bang for ur buck Support small local businesses ✌️✨”
