Came here for restaurant week. Hot pot is sooo amazing on a freezing cold day. Got the mushroom broth and herbal chicken broth. Both were really good. We didnt think it was much food visually, but we were completely stuffed. Theres a sauce bar, appetizers (fries, chicken, etc), and dessert (grapes, melon, mango sage, etc). Great meal.

Lovely HotSpot location downtown Chicago tucked away behind the Mag Mile. Beautiful inside, and great choices for every dietary need. Was able to find something I loved as a vegetarian and my partner with a peanut allergy. Our server Janette was absolutely delightful and made the experience memorable. Would definitely recommend checking this place out whether you are a seasoned Hot Pot lover or looking to try something new for the first time!

I got Maocai (single serve hot pot) for takeout from this place. You can choose your own meats and vegetables (6–8 options) which I loved. The flavor was great, and having hot soup in the winter was absolutely perfect. The interior was bright and well decorated, it would also be a nice spot for a proper hot pot. They have a great drink menu too so I almost mistook it for a boba shop! I also learned that they also have a store in Boston and Atlanta too on top of the 2 locations in Chicago.

The best hot pot I’ve had in Chicago. Both the fish maw chicken broth and the spicy red oil broth are very flavorful. The ingredients are high quality, and there is a good variety of sauces available. Overall, a very solid hot pot experience.

Server Ethan was great, very patient to our baby and very considerate even though he was very busy with many tables of guests.

We celebrated my dad’s 60th birthday at Qiao Lin Hotpot, and it ended up being one of the best family dinners we’ve ever had. The food was incredible, the broths were so flavorful, and the service was amazing from start to finish. My dad had the biggest smile the entire night — it felt like the perfect place for such an important milestone. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a truly special experience.

Absolutely loved this hotpot place! The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the flavors are truly authentic. The interior décor is beautiful and creates a very comfortable dining atmosphere. “The food was great.”

The food was great. Nothing to complain about the food quality. A few notes that the floor is slippery when we were then and out table were far from the hot bar so we were struggling whenever we brought the sauce back to our table and the hallway is narrow. The parking might be difficult to find for first timer or out of town. The boba is good. We had an amazing meal. we got their chicken golden broth and tomato and the spicy (the triple flavor pot). The tomato broth is thick and flavorful!
