This was a great find! We ate here for NYE dinner and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was very attentive, had great recommendations, and had overall great service. We started with the charcuterie board which was delicious! The chicken was delicious as well. Will most certainly be back when we are back in town!

The service is attentive and fast. It was not busy on the Thursday evening we ate there. The raw oysters were fresh and delicious. We tried 4 different main dishes and they all were excellent. I recommend the grilled pork chop. The cheesecake was a perfect ending to the meal.

We went to The Grillroom Chophouse & Wine Bar on a weekday evening without a reservation and were seated right away. For drinks, we tried the “Maybe I’m Old Fashioned” and the “Golden Hour” — both were excellent. We shared a 22oz ribeye steak cooked perfectly to order, along with a grilled pork chop and crispy sesame Brussels sprouts. The service was quick and attentive throughout. A great spot if you’re looking for a quality steak dinner in downtown Chicago.

I called inquiring about a private/ semi private space to host my daughter’s birthday dinner. I spoke with Jason the manager who was kind and very accommodating. Based on our call, I moved forward with reserving their private room, which was a great choice. I was also allowed to decorate and customize the room to my liking. On the day of the dinner, I arrived early to get the room set up, Kelly our server was so helpful. Once my daughter and her guests arrived the room was beautiful. Kelly worked her magic and had signature drinks ready for the guests. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! We had just visited a steakhouse the week prior but the steak here was much more flavorful and prepared exactly to our liking. I will definitely be back and refer others to this restaurant. The space and service was perfect which made this even more memorable for my daughter and her guests!! Great service and great food!! 5- stars for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped by The Grillroom before a show in the Loop and it ended up being the highlight of the night. The space feels classic and comfortable with wood, leather, and warm lighting that pulls you in right away 🥃✨ We started with the burrata 🧀🍅 It came with dried tomatoes, arugula, pine nuts, balsamic, and a pine nut pesto that brought it all together. Then we tried the tuna tartare 🐟🥑 with avocado, sweet chili ponzu, sesame, and house-made taro chips. Super fresh and flavorful. The main dish was the 32 oz porterhouse 🥩🔥 Cooked just right and packed with flavor. We had it with truffle fries 🍟 and cleaned the plate. Dessert was chocolate cake and affogato 🍫☕ Simple, rich, and the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Service was friendly and everything came out at the right pace. It’s a great spot whether you're grabbing dinner before a show or just looking for a solid meal downtown 📍

Laid back and very chill restaurant. The food was excellent with great service. Music was not too loud, which made conversations easy. This was very nice because so many restaurants these days are so loud it's hard to talk to someone.

Dropped by without a reservation on a Saturday, walked into a peaceful atmosphere and was seated right away. Personable and punctual service. Ordered the NY strip, lobster tail, and 2 sides - everything was prepared exactly as ordered, drinks included. Perfect dining experience.

Visited tonight with my Mom while in town for our first Chicago trip. Dionna was such a great server - gave us fabulous recommendations for cocktails and dinner items. She gave us space but was attentive and available when we were ready for the next course. The 12 oz filet was cooked perfectly and the whole atmosphere was sophisticated, relaxing and enjoyable. We had a side of the mac and cheese (creamy and delicious) and brussel spouts that were perfectly prepared. I had a seasonal cranberry cocktail and my mom had a dirty martini. We had red wine with dinner. Everything was fantastic! Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Had a group of 7 with my coworkers dining here. The service was excellent and the food was very good. The steak came with a roasted garlic head which I haven’t seen in many restaurants.
