“Sushi Pink was a delightful & accessible surprise to walk into in the West Loop! Down the street from Notre, SoHo House, and Green Street corridor, its exterior is cute and unassuming but you step in and immediately feel the cozy, warm hospitality of a family-owned business. The decor is filled with personalized charms and a wall full of polaroids from happy customers. We had mixed appetizers and multiple rolls, sashimi, and nigiri to share amongst our group and everything was fantastic. The rolls were full of exciting flavors, fish slices very thick for sashimi, and the appetizers (gyoza, tempura, tuna tataki and hamachi crudo) were all very attentively prepared and well done. I’m picky about my miso soup as a Japanese patron but SP had solid bowls ☺️ The quality of food you get for the reasonable price point is hard to beat especially in the West Loop! If you’re looking for comforting, delicious and elevated quality sushi, def order from Sushi Pink!”

“Food was delicious and the fish was really fresh! Service was great and we had such a good time here celebrating our friend’s birthday 🎉”

“Everything was so delish! They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy! I will definitely be back! *I do not have celiac disease and cannot speak for those that do. I am ok with cross contamination*”

“Went here with some friends and the nigiri and rolls were amazing! The service and food was wonderful and the service on point to top it off. Ended the meal with some mochi ice cream on the patio. Check out sushi pink, great spot and will definitely be coming back 🔥🔥🔥”

“Great lunch special that can’t be beat! Ordered the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and Boston roll for carry out. Definitely going to be a staple!!!”

“This is a really cute sushi establishment that did not disappoint! The waitress was very attentive. Our food arrived shortly after our order was placed. I enjoyed the sushi here very much! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and it was quiet during the lunch hour.”

“I wish I knew about sushi pink sooner!! If you’re looking for fresh, good-quality, and fairly priced sushi- then sushi pink is for you! Everything we had was delicious. A stand out option was the poke. I loved how flavorful the sauce was and how harmonious all the ingredients came together. I also really enjoyed the nigiri. We got the fatty yellowtail and the fatty salmon and they just melt in your mouth!!! The rice to fish ratio is also a plus! No wonder this is a neighborhood favorite!”

“Muy rico todo, excelente calidad y además nos regalaron helado, vengan sin pensarlo 🍣💕💕💕💕”

“Extremely fresh and high quality sushi! I got the Pink’s Sushi combo and it did not disappoint’”

“Solid priced getaway in Fulton Market 🍣 🔥 Quick service, good sashimi, available for quick 🔥 take out, great music 🪩 #craving #satisfied”

“In an area that has ton of options, this place always had good potential. But having wide variation in quality of items is a big barrier from being on top of the list. While ramen is quite good and sushi is OK, sashimi is a big disappointment. Sashimi texture shouldn’t feel like they were just thawed minutes before serving. For $40 for sushi and sashimi combo, expectation was to get little higher quality of fish. Despite the name, this is a better place for ramen.”
