“Steak was 11/10 Cooked medium. I don’t like raw or rare steak and this was cooked perfectly. Nothing was left. Lobster tail was 9/10. Would have been better without the tail. It was good just wasn’t as impressive as the steak. The tostadas were amazing as well!”
“Came to S&T for the first time on Valentine’s Day & it was such a great experience. We had the Cajun pasta, beef tostadas, filet mignon & New York strip steak. The atmosphere was intimate & the waitress was incredibly friendly. The food was 10/10 delicious!!!! Such great flavor & portions.”
“This was our first visit to S&T Steakhouse. Yaritza, our server was soooo nice, kind, attentive and full of smiles. We were happy just being at this place. The food was great, our steak was perfectly cooked and the Parmesan pasta was top notch. Totally recommended!!! 👍”
“It's really nice to find a steak house that isn't in the loop or will cost you an arm and a leg. The restaurant is very cozy with about 10 tables. The menu looks to be intentionally small with very good variety. The steaks my table ate were cooked perfectly and delicious. All of the mains came with a tasty tostada and side vegetables or potatoes.”
“Came here on a Thursday, plan to come back to actually try the food. Things happen, sometimes you need to close your restaurant impromptu. Just please make sure to update your Google maps profile. Saw that this was listed as open still, took an Uber over only to find the sign in my picture. The sign is also unclear how long they plan to be closed. This looks like a cute little spot, can't wait to try it when I return.”
“S & T Steakhouse is a true hidden gem that is easy to miss, so be sure to keep an eye out for it! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, laid-back, and feels like a welcoming neighborhood spot. Our server, Yenny, was an absolute delight and provided wonderful service. A highlight of the meal was the complimentary chicken tostada served with my fish entree—it was a total eye-opener. Everything we ordered was excellent. If you are in the Bucktown area, I highly recommend stopping in for a fantastic, relaxed feast.”
