“I don’t use the word “perfection” very often, but this was it. I loved the selection, food was fantastic and the service was top tier. This place is busy for a reason.”

“Experience the charm of Piacere Mio nestled in Forest Park, where convenience meets comfort. Revel in the ease of free parking as you step into a welcoming ambiance, greeted by attentive and amiable staff. Yesterday's indulgence was my beloved Pollo a la Milanese, generously adorned with crisp arugula, an almost guilt-free delight. The portion was abundant, boasting freshness in every bite, followed by a decadent banana flan (attached pic for temptation). Our palate also savored a tangy passion fruit drink. The value here is unmistakable; sizable portions at prices fitting comfortably within the area's average. What truly sets Piacere Mio apart is the unmistakable freshness of their ingredients, expertly prepared for each guest, resulting in a taste sensation that transcends the ordinary. “Outstanding food, drinks and service. First class small casual elegant Italian restaurant. Personal attention and great specials…”

“The best Italian food I’ve ever had! Amazing hospitality and service. The crème brûlée 10/10”

“Celebrated a family member's birthday and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the restaurant was nice, the 50% off bottles of wines on Mondays was a nice suprise, and the restautant was not too loud as it filled up. Special thanks to Carlos who was extremely attentive and accomodating to dietary restrictions at our table! I would definitely come again to try other menu items. My only complaint would be the crème brûlée did not taste like a usual one and I wouldn't get that again but there are plenty of other dessert options at the restaurant.”

“Everything was outstanding! We started with the mussels and octopus which were both delicious. The gnocchi was soooo good! We also tried the short ribs with saffron risotto which was fantastic. But I highly recommend the tiramisu. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Ordered for take-out the following: Linguini Alla Vongole - As seen in photo, overcooked angel hair pasta was used instead of linguini. Pasta was too overcooked that the sauce got creamy and tasted like pasta water instead of garlic and clams. Had a good amount of clams though, but the pasta made the entire dish a disappointment. Refund please. Rigatoni Rustica - Good flavor, good amount of beef short rib but pasta was slightly undercooked. Risotto Terre E Mare - Flavor was good, mixing shrimp and chicken is a big no for me. Tagliatelle Con Aragosta - best pasta dish so far! Flavor was perfect, creamy, perfectly cooked tagliatelle. Everything was good! It was a busy night but got to meet the owners who were very friendly and offered us tiramisu with our take out order. May be best to eat at the restaurant. Do not recommend for takeout.”
“Amazing service and food. We we're a group of 9. All drinks, appetizers, main dishes and desserts made with care and love. Delicious. This spot needs more recognition. We're already planning on coming back.”
