“I recently had the pleasure of dining at your Turkish restaurant and I just had to say – everything was absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly delicious, full of authentic flavors that truly took me on a journey. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the experience. Special thanks to the waitress – she was so professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Service like that makes all the difference! And oh my god… the tea, coffee, and especially the lokum – just perfect! 5 stars from me and lots of love from your Georgian guests. You made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back! 👌🏼🇬🇪🇬🇪 ⸻”

“It’s really worth going, it’s a restaurant in Chicago that can be pointed five stars yıldız⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Everything is really nice. I’m very lucky to come across such a nice restaurant. If you want your day to have a good day, I definitely recommend your desserts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Food along with service was amazing. 10/10. We got the cig kofte, manti, and beef shish. The cig kofte is perfect if you like the sour pomegranate paste flavor, it was the perfect savory dish. The manti was also amazing. The beef shish was cooked perfectly and had the perfect tenderness. And lastly…the waitress was super sweet and kind :) Definitely coming back”

“what a cool restaurant, bakery, and market — my friends and i came at 10pm and the staff still accommodated us and were super nice! big plus that the food was so yummy too. i had the adana kebab (it’s not thaat spicy) and i’d recommend it it was very flavorful”

“First time at Aladdin and wow we loved it! The food is authentic and delicious. My husband and I had the Kofte and chicken kebabs, both were flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Portions were perfect, and the prices were great. The young lady who served us was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place, we’ll definitely be back for sure!”

“Food was good, Service was good too. However, over priced and 18% service charges are too much While we tipped separately Sitting area was quite neat and tidy. Overall good experience”

“Absolutely horrendous customer service. We ordered chicken kebabs, and they were clearly not fresh — the meat tasted old and stale. On top of that, the front-desk attendant had a very rude and dismissive attitude. We arrived at 9:58 PM and specifically asked if they were still taking orders. We were told yes, so we placed our order. However, after ordering, they tried to prevent us from sitting in the dining area, claiming it was “closed,” despite the fact that there were at least three other customers already seated and eating. If the dining area was truly closed, they should not have accepted our order in the first place. The worst part was being told 20 minutes into our meal that we had two minutes to leave. I’ve never experienced a restaurant kicking customers out while they’re actively eating — especially after allowing them to order and sit down. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on both the food quality and the treatment of customers. Edit/Response: First and most importantly, the chicken kebab was extremely stale, dry, and clearly not fresh. This was the central issue. Regardless of timing or refunds, food quality is the foundation of a restaurant experience, and in this case, it fell far below an acceptable standard. Second, the statement that we “proceeded to the dining room without any interruption” is not accurate. My wife was initially told that she could not enter the dining area, despite multiple customers already being seated and eating. Entry was only allowed after we pushed back, which created confusion and discomfort from the very beginning. This contradiction is a key part of why the experience felt hostile and poorly managed. Additionally, at no point were we clearly informed upfront that the dining area would close at 10:30 PM or that we would be expected to leave shortly after being served. Had this been communicated transparently at the time of ordering, we could have made an informed decision. Instead, expectations were set one way and then changed mid-meal. The service tone also remains unaddressed. The front-desk attendant was dismissive and unwelcoming, and basic accompaniments such as hot sauce and garlic sauce, which normally come with the meal, were not offered proactively and only provided after we asked. These details matter and contribute to the overall experience. Lastly, as a general observation, many of the overwhelmingly positive reviews appear to come from familiar or repeat insiders just to make the place look nice/good hence seems like fake made up reviews, which contrasts sharply with our experience. This made our treatment feel even more disappointing.”
“It is a great place where I can find most of the products I need. They offer a wide selection and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommended.”
