The two times I have gone there, the hygiene has been lacking.
The food was edible but everything was varying degrees of cold (the steak tasted like they just pulled it out of the fridge.) Maybe an off day.

Ordered their bowl. The portions were pretty good, and I found their ingredients more fresh when compared to Chipotle that's across the street. It's a tad bit more expensive but using the NU discount effectively makes it the same price. The indoor seating area seemed neat though I didn't eat there as I had ordered a takeaway meal. Looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Amazing food and great service!! I’ve been a repeat customer for months and for good reason. Food comes out quickly, fresh, and generously portioned. Atmosphere is extremely clean and there are plenty of spaces to sit.

Was in town visiting and was about to walk over to Chipotle but then seen this place and thought to stop in. It was not crowded. There was one person ahead of my ordering. The food was incredibility fresh!They were very generous with the toppings as well, unlike by Chipotle. The young men were nice but were not very talkative.

Delicious food and excellent service! I ordered the steak bowl, and it was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. My kids loved their tacos, which were served with queso, chips, and apple juice—such a thoughtful and kid-friendly meal. The portions were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dos Bros Fresh Mexican Grill is now our family favorite! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Decided to give DosBros a try after being tired of Chipotle down the road. Def way better than Chipotle. Had a Steak Bowl and it was very delicious and also was impressed by their servings. Will be back soon!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I ordered the carnitas bowl, Chicken bowl and steak quesadillas, and both were incredible. The meat was fresh, perfectly grilled, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and had a great authentic touch—way better than the sterile vibe at Chipotle. The staff was super friendly and made the visit even better. Hands down, one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

“The food was great.”
The food was great. This morning I was in a rush and I didn’t eat breakfast and I was starving for lunch. This was the closest restaurant that was fast and easy. I was so full after having a chicken bowl. Their service it great and the food is freshly made. Enjoyed it and definitely will have it for another time.

Absolutely amazing! Dos Bros Fresh Mexican Grill has quickly become my go-to spot in Evanston for authentic and fresh Mexican cuisine. Their burrito bowl is a must-try, packed with juicy meats, fresh veggies, and topped with just the right amount of cheese and sauce to bring it all together.
