Trying to help out some local places and came across this ghost kitchen, Taquero Mucho. The asada fries were great with a good balance between fries and toppings (and were enough for 2-3 people), the arrachera taco was good, the grilled chicken taco was solid, and the al pastor taco was absolutely killer. Just remember to shake up their home-made horchata! Super happy Iván and his restaurant are in Avondale and hope they continue to get business. Will definitely order from them again.

I think I ordered right before they were about to close but I hope this review makes up for it. I used to order burritos from another Mexican restaurant (Aztlan) on Grubhub regularly because the quality of meat, texture, and lack of grease. Unfortunately they stopped delivering to my address because it was too far. Taquero Mucho is going to finally fill that big void. The chicken burrito was so damn solid. Good flavors and I think even the tortilla had a pleasant flavor to it whereas I’m used to it just providing texture. Not dripping with grease and a good size too. Salsas were good enough, though I do kind of wish I had a little more salsa. The rice was great, no notes, and the beans however fell a little flat for me on flavor. We also had the homemade chips and salsa which were fantastic. All in all I can’t wait to order again and am so glad I was able to get my order in before the bell. See you next time and probably a lot more after that!

We had taquero services for my daughters birthday and HIGHLY recommend. From booking/coordinating to the day of service, the entire process was smooth and top tier. Ivan is very prompt, professional and responsive to any special requests/asks. His team is also very professional, arrives on time and friendly. Now the food-chefs kiss, al pastor is one of the best I’ve had and chicken was seasoned to perfection. The steak tacos aren’t your standard either, they were absolutely delicious! “THE ABSOLUTE BEST!”

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Seriously, Ivan for president! There are not enough words to describe how perfect Taquero Mucho has been throughout our entire wedding process. Five stars are seriously not enough. First, Ivan booked us for a taco tasting way back in February. He was extremely communicative and professional while also being really fun and easygoing. We tasted tons of different tacos, as well as rice, beans, toppings, horchata, and churros. It took about four bites for us to absolutely fall in love — my husband is Mexican and we eat Mexican food at least twice a week, and still we were OBSESSED with the flavors of TQM. Then, we set up the contract. Our venue has tons of requirements for caterers, including multiple in person meetings, a huge number of staff needed, and having the catering team handle setup, room flip, and break down. Ivan took it all in stride and had no problem meeting any of the venue’s many demands. Finally, the day of — our guests were BLOWN AWAY by how incredible our food was! I have gotten at least five requests from local guests wanting more amazing tacos, and my aunt who lives two hours away asked me if I thought Ivan would travel to Southwest Michigan to cater an event for her. He went out of his way to make plates for my husband and I specifically, down to the specific toppings and salsas we each wanted. He opened up a late night nacho bar which was a huge hit, and he offered multiple types of horchata plus agua Fresca. I cannot say enough good things about this food and this team!! Do yourself a favor and book them immediately!
