All of you craving delicious Japanese food, this restaurant will not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and so wholesome. The prices were great and we also enjoyed being served by Sabrina. She was an amazing, compassionate and understanding of my wife’s gluten sensitivity. She helped us navigate the menu and even brought gluten free soy sauce. First time having gluten free ramen as an option!

Had great time here! The food is great quality and is value for money! The best ones were the chicken karaage, the black garlic tonkostu ramen and the volcano roll! The karaage was totally worth it for $8 and the bang bang sauce was banger!

This is a family tradition after coming back from travel. There is nothing better than having something fresh and healthy, or warm and comforting, after a full day of travel, and Hokkaido has both options. Plus, the service is always friendly and fast, and sushi is consistently above expectations. The sashimi is generously cut and beautiful, and even though you might want to skip out on the hot appetizers, don't. The karage is by far the best in Evanston.

The freshest rolls, veggies and ramen !!! I went for the first time not expecting such Chicagoland restaurant excellence in the form of another “Buffet” - so I was incredibly delighted to find a new place to have what my tummy has a taste for :) Plan your night back in Evanston- this spot has it all !! RAMEN IS MY NEW BOYFRIEND and Dragon Rolls can be the backup

This is our go-to spot whenever we are craving ramen. The portions are generous, so we usually order just one bowl to share and it’s always more than enough. The tantanmen ramen is especially comforting and pairs perfectly with their Geso Karaage, which is crispy, flavorful, and made even better by its amazing sauce. We also love their takoyaki, which is consistently delicious, and the Mango Tango sushi is hands down my favorite among their sushi options it’s fresh, well-balanced, and memorable. To top it off, their Brown Sugar Milk Tea is surprisingly not overly sweet, which we really appreciate. Service is efficient with minimal wait time, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food, good portions, and a relaxed dining experience. This place never disappoints and keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!

Popped in here for some sushi and was not disappointed!! The roll was a good size and the menu had a TON of options to choose from. Surprisingly though, my favorite item I had was the Bang Bang shrimp! The shrimp were plump and the sauce the perfect level of spicy!
