Sushi Pink — high-caliber japanese in West Loop. The space has a modern, polished edge. Presentation matters here, and every dish shows care. "The sashimi dinner was scrumptious, all the slices are fatty, juicy, and tender" — Soph L.

“Sushi Pink in the West Loop is an absolute hidden gem that deserves every bit of recognition.”
Sushi Pink in the West Loop is an absolute hidden gem that deserves every bit of recognition. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a stunning atmosphere—modern, clean, and stylish with just the right amount of intimacy. The vibe was perfect for a relaxing evening in downtown Chicago, whether you’re out with friends or on a date night. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish arrived beautifully plated, like edible artwork. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and full of creative touches that made every bite feel like something new. I tried a mix of classic rolls and signature creations, and I was honestly impressed by how thoughtfully everything was crafted. You can tell the chefs really care about both taste and presentation. One of the best parts of the night was the service. Our host, Shifa, was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different types of sushi, ingredients, and flavors. There were a few items I wasn’t familiar with, and he made me feel completely comfortable while guiding me through the options. His insight added a personal and educational touch that elevated the whole experience. The overall ambiance of Sushi Pink is top-tier. The lighting, the music, and the modern decor blend beautifully to create a relaxed, upscale environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into designing a space that feels both trendy and welcoming. It was easy to settle in and fully enjoy the evening. One major bonus: the location is super accessible. There’s parking right in front of the restaurant, which is rare for the downtown area, and there’s also a nearby garage if street parking fills up. That convenience made the visit even more enjoyable—no stress, just great food and great vibes. In short, Sushi Pink absolutely delivered. From the warm service to the incredible sushi and unforgettable ambiance, every element came together seamlessly. This is definitely a spot I’ll be returning to, and one I’ll be recommending to anyone looking for top-notch sushi in Chicago

“I had a great time at this restaurant.”
I had a great time at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the attentive and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, with the option to sit by the food preparation area for an engaging experience or in a cozier spot for larger gatherings. I absolutely recommend the Mexican Maki—it’s bursting with delicious flavors and left me satisfied. Don’t overlook the Vegetable Maki either; it’s equally as good! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

“As a West Loop resident, I can confidently say that Sushi Pink is a hidden gem.”
As a West Loop resident, I can confidently say that Sushi Pink is a hidden gem. If you're craving fresh sashimi, creative maki rolls, comforting ramen, or delicious poke bowls, this Japanese restaurant is the place to be. The cozy, low-key atmosphere makes it perfect for intimate gatherings or a casual night out. The fish is always fresh, the flavors are spot on, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I ordered the Great Pyramid, King Kong, Fire Dragon, and Salmon Lover rolls (perfect for two people), and every bite was amazing! If you're searching for the best sushi in Chicago or sushi near Fulton Market, this is the spot to check out. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, Sushi Pink never disappoints!

“Has to be my favorite spot for sushi in Chicago.”
Has to be my favorite spot for sushi in Chicago! My go to whenever I am in town. Everything they use is extremely high quality and the amount of care and effort they put into everything is easy to see. The staff there are all kind and make the experience 10/10. I’ve had a few different things off the menu and everything is a certified banger! Would highly recommend them.

“Had an amazing experience at Sushi Pink!”
Had an amazing experience at Sushi Pink!! Everything is super fresh and presented beautifully. The sashimi dinner was scrumptious, all the slices are fatty, juicy, and tender. We got Coast to coast and 1871 for our rolls, both had layers of textures and flavors that just all blend together so well. Their takoyaki is probably one of the best I have had in the city, super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can just tell everything is made to order :)

“The food was really good.”
The food was really good. We ordered Dynamite for appetizer. It's basically imitation crab with some sauce. It was delicious. Then we got their Sashimi platter between two of us. There were variety of fish in it and were super fresh. Loved this place. Would definitely go back.

“Came here for lunch after work.”
Came here for lunch after work. It was all so good! We started with the crab rangoons, sushi appetizer, and tuna tataki, then had the angel hair, 1871, and spicy tuna roll. Some good vegetarian options too.
