Pasta Via — one of Fulton Market's strongest italian spots. You're eating the real thing here. Friendly team that sets the tone, and owner-operated. Annalise Donati: "The pasta is unbelievably fresh, bursting with flavor, and you can tell it’s made with real passion"

“Pasta Via catered my birthday lunch at a Pilates studio in the West Loop and they were incredible.”
Pasta Via catered my birthday lunch at a Pilates studio in the West Loop and they were incredible. Everything arrived exactly on time, the food was so delicious, and the setup was adorable — super easy for everyone to grab a pasta take-out box to enjoy. All of my guests kept talking about how good everything was. Highly recommend for any event!

I stopped by for the first time for a quick working lunch and Pasta Via was everything I expected and more: Hot fresh pasta, quick enough for a lunch break, and so full of flavor! I was actually thinking about it the rest of the day wishing I ordered more for later lol!

“Newer looking spot.”
Newer looking spot. Gorgeous interior and a very simple but effective concept. Ordering is easy. It smells really good inside and the aesthetic hits. I ordered spicy vodka rigatoni with shrimp. It was absolutely phenomenal. Their pasta is fresh…. Not the cheap stuff. Their gnocchi is alright but I’m also not a big gnocchi guy. If you’re a pasta lover u have to come here. I do think they should include more free add ons to ur personal pasta. U only get like 1 “onions” or “garlic” add on and the rest is 1 dollar extra so it quickly adds up. The bread that comes with it is so freakin good and each table has oil and extra parm. Will definitely be back! Workers are such chillers too.

“ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!!”
ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!!! I’ve been meaning to try Pasta Via since they opened, and it did not disappoint. Hands down one of the most delicious pasta spots I’ve had in a long time. What makes it even better is that you can fully customize your dish to your own taste. I went with Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and chicken — and it was incredible. I was starving, but the flavors were so good I had to slow down and savor every bite. Definitely a go-to if you’re craving pasta in the West Loop. It might look like a simple takeout spot at first glance, but don’t be fooled — the pasta here tastes better than most high end restaurants. I’m coming back tomorrow 🙈

“I tried Pasta Via and I’m so glad I did.”
I tried Pasta Via and I’m so glad I did! The food is incredibly fresh and full of authentic flavor. You can really tell they use top-quality ingredients. The portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for what you get. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for a casual night out or a quick lunch. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend!

“Pasta Via is a game-changer.”
Pasta Via is a game-changer! Fresh, homemade pasta made fast — perfect for anyone on the go without sacrificing quality or flavor. Every dish tastes like it came straight from a nonna’s kitchen, but in a fraction of the time. Big props to Gino & Billy for bringing something so delicious and convenient to the neighborhood!

“Staff is extremely kind and personable.”
Staff is extremely kind and personable. They really went out of their way to welcome you, get to know you, and help you get to know what Pasta Via is all about. The pasta tastes very fresh and all the sauces I tried (bolognese and arrabbiata) were very good. Love the customizable toppings option. Food was HOT and stayed hot for a while. I love the “on the go” model - I always said we were missing casual pasta spots here in the Midwest, and this is high quality pasta you’d get at an Italian restaurant but with a quick and convenient counter service model.

Pasta Via has a great variety of fresh pasta with a welcoming staff ready to help with your order. They have pasta to take home and cook yourself as well as pasta made to order in house. This is a great addition to the neighborhood.

“I was looking for good a Italian food in the area but it wasn’t easy to find(we were hungry and on a time meter).”
I was looking for good a Italian food in the area but it wasn’t easy to find(we were hungry and on a time meter). We decided on this spot because of the reviews online. I must say I was pretty impressed. It has the interior of fast food restaurant. You put your order in on monitor right as you enter. You don’t have A LOT of options but enough to curb your appetite. Their noodles tasted very fresh. The Alfredo sauce was nice and creamy. They serve your food in these to go containers which is okay I guess. They have complimentary cookies in cups as well on the front counter. Will I go again, yes. Will it be a go-to, no. The staff was 100% friendly!

“Walking in here can be jarring to some people.”
Walking in here can be jarring to some people. It’s loud and they don’t necessarily market the food as well as they probably should. You order at a Kiosk. I think it’s take-out only, but maybe I’m wrong about that? Everything comes in a big bag that they probably pay too much money for. Pasta came with bread. Pasta was better than expected based off the ordering experience and images on the kiosk.
