“Carlos was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.”
“Great steak and seafood, very tasty and excellent crust on the ribeye”

“Lovely restaurant week experience! Carpaccio was my favorite. Our server, Luis, was amazing!”

“Fioretta was awesome! We came during restaurant week and it was an awesome deal. Shoutout to Luis, our server”

“shark was fabulous!!! me and my bestie enjoyed every inch of this beautiful booth and every delish course! shark was an absolutely amazing energy and made our dinner so much more fabulous! definitely a new go to spot⭐️”

“This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and we chose it to celebrate my husband’s birthday dinner. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. The vibes were incredible—it truly felt like being transported to Italy and France, especially with the live music. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and luxurious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special night out. This is a 10 out of 10 for me. I would definitely advise couples, friends, and families to come together and experience the luxury, old-vintage restaurant feeling for themselves.”

“Absolutely amazing food. From the appetizers to the desserts, each item was so delicious! Oysters & octopus with the cesar salad were all so flavorful. The steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. The marscapone potatoes and mushrooms were heavenly, and the tiramisu was light but rich with flavor.”

“The food and drinks were actually good, but the service was lacking and they overcharged us $100. One was a charge that none of the staff even knew what it was and then they charged an automatic gratuity for reservations after 9 PM when our reservation was before 9, so make sure to check your bill”

“We went to Fioretta for a Galentine’s dinner during restaurant week and were disappointed with the overall experience. While the interior is absolutely beautiful and photo-worthy, the hospitality did not match the space. The front staff were unfriendly from the moment we walked in, which immediately set a negative tone. Our server was also pleasant but lacked attentiveness. The restaurant week menu was mediocre and didn’t feel worth the price — nothing stood out or felt special. At the end of the night, while we were taking photos near the entrance/bar area, a staff member named Will told us to stop despite there being no visible signage about a no-photo policy. We later noticed him standing off to the side chatting with the hostess and valet while multiple guests were left waiting in the snow for their cars. Fioretta has a stunning atmosphere, but the service and overall guest experience need serious improvement.”

“The night we came here, it was absolutely freezing outside. When I walked in, it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us. I let them know I had an 8:00 PM reservation and that we were about 10 minutes early, I had to raise my voice because there was a loud party going on with music blasting. Despite having a reservation, my girlfriend and I were told to wait in the waiting area. Meanwhile, people from that party were constantly walking in and out, letting the cold air rush in while obnoxiously yelling like it was a chicken house. Not exactly a great first impression. We didn’t get seated until about 30 minutes after our reservation time. Once seated, one server took our order, a completely different server dropped off the food, and that same person only returned once more, to bring the check. No follow-up, no check-in, nothing. I was genuinely excited to try this place, but the entire experience was a letdown. The only thing that felt even remotely Italian was the food itself. Other than that, it didn’t live up to the hype at all. Fortunately, I won’t be coming back.”
“The steak possessed a truly exceptional flavor profile. The accompanying bread was quite enjoyable, and while the selection of wines was acceptable, it seemed somewhat limited when compared to the offerings typically found at other steak establishments in the Chicago area. However, the general atmosphere of the place was very pleasant, and the various mixed drinks were excellent. Our server exhibited a noteworthy degree of amiability and a high level of attentiveness throughout our dining experience, and the presentation of the various courses during our meal appeared to be well-timed and logically ordered. In summation, our overall encounter was quite positive, though it is conceivable that the same quality of experience might have been offered at a more economical price point in order to ensure continued competitiveness within the market.”
