Labriola Italian Specialties

4.770 reviews ·Opens at 11AM

Labriola Italian Specialties brings lively Fulton Market energy to a spacious, warm Italian setting, with a stylish bar and inviting patio that work well for groups, date nights, and people-watching. Regulars rave about the house-made pastas, pizza, Wagyu meatball, Parmesan shrimp, mozzarella Japanese milk bread, and pecorino butter bread service, while attentive bartenders and servers add to the experience. Service appears inconsistent in a few reviews, so expectations may vary.

We had such a great experience at the new Labriola Italian Specialties in Fulton Market! The space is beautiful and lively, with a great bar area and outdoor patio that’s perfect for dinner when the weather is nice. We tried a little bit of everything, but the mozzarella Japanese milk bread was easily one of my favorites. It was incredibly soft and cheesy and definitely something I would order again. The Parmesan shrimp was another standout, along with the pizza, short rib pasta, and the massive chicken Parmesan. Do not sleep on the crispy potatoes either …… they were seriously addictive! We finished with the chocolate cake, which was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. Between the food, cocktails, atmosphere, and service, we had a wonderful time and left completely stuffed. 😂 Definitely a great new addition to Fulton Market, and I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu!

Labriola Italian Specialties in Fulton Market delivered a truly five-star experience from start to finish. We were seated quickly upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised by just how spacious and comfortable the restaurant is — roomy without losing that warm, intimate Italian feel. Our server was wonderful and genuinely attentive throughout the entire meal without being intrusive — exactly what great service looks like. We opted for outdoor seating, which was perfect for people-watching along Fulton Market. Time seemed to slow down in the best possible way — savoring each course while watching the city stroll by is a simple pleasure that's hard to put a price on. Now, the food: the *Sorpresa* antipasto — thinly sliced, spiced cured meats served with seeded bread and a bright, briny relish — was absolutely delicious. The *zucchini flowers* were stunning, fried perfectly and nestled in a rich, sweet red gravy that was deeply satisfying. The fettuccine with prosciutto was silky, elegant, and deeply satisfying. Every dish was portioned beautifully — generous enough to feel indulgent but not overwhelming. What struck me most, though, was the atmosphere around us. Guests at neighboring tables were deep in conversation with one another and even with strangers nearby. There was a warmth and connectedness in that dining room — a reminder that great food has a way of bringing out the best in people. It was a genuinely heartwarming foodie experience that showed a pleasant side of humanity. Labriola Fulton Market is a must-visit. We'll be back.

To my vegan community, we can have the bread and the spaghetti pomodoro. Shoutout to Shawn for the vegan investigation and hospitality. Eat your heart out!

Casual Italian with some fine dining flairs. The food was very good. In house made pasta had great texture. Great conversation and recommendations from our server Lamar, he clearly is very experienced and an asset to this new location in Fulton market. This place is worth a try and reasonably price, considering the quality of the food service in atmosphere great space very clean and not too loud so you can easily have good conversation at your table. Next time we’ll try one of the charcuterie boards or the sharing on trees if we have a larger group with us the cocktails were well-made and very tasty. We particularly like the Paloma and the Hemingway. The Wagyu meatballs in the wedding soup are something special and very much worth a try.

Unbelievable food. Went here for my birthday with my partner and it blew my mind. Like it didn’t make any sense how a simple chicken Parmesan could be so tasty and amazing. It was so crispy and the best part was, when they serve it they bring a skillet with cheese and they pour it on top of the chicken in front of you. The best I’ve ever had. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Tameka took great care of us and we cannot wait to come back!!!

Excellente! Welcome to Fulton Market! A classic Italian joint with chicago energy- pastas are all housemade. Squash blossoms are a must, the Amare cocktail is yum, wine program is excellent. Didn’t went the bread service to end. Loved the shrimp Parmesan and the cacio e Pepe. Best cannolis I’ve ever had. Service was terrific and attentive and loved dining on their patio. A welcome change in Fulton Market! @chicagopescetarian

The drinks were expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Whether you are looking for a flawless twist on a classic cocktail or a selection from their fantastic wine list, they have something to elevate the entire meal. The Food (The Main Event) Labriola is legendary for a reason, and the food proved exactly why. The Crust: Since it's helmed by master baker Richie Labriola, you already know the dough is going to be world-class. The crust on the pizza is a literal work of art—perfectly crisp on the outside, beautifully airy and flavorful on the inside. The Flavors: Every single dish that hit the table was an absolute standout.
