Beautiful shop and the owner was very sweet. A lot of eclectic things in this store. The jewelry selection is so stunning! The piece I picked for myself was made by a designer in Kenya. Highly recommended this local shop.

Such a cute shop with an excellent assortment of gifts and fun items. I always come here when I am celebrating someone’s birthday because I’ll inevitably find the cutest card, jewelry, puzzle, calendar, or any bonus item. It’s so fun to visit because the inventory is always changing. The staff are also lovely and helpful!

I love this store. I think curation is thoughtfully done. The prices vary so there’s “something for everyone.” You can tell they care about the details. It’s very neighborhood friendly too which is a nice touch. I hope more people continue to cross paths with this little store especially now that they have a bigger space! Very exciting. Also there’s a lot of women made things in the store- noticeably a women supporting women kind of business 😌 they also have some amenity items ive never seen in the US and am so grateful they carry.

The cutest, best local shop! SO many little goodies to browse through, I see something new every time I walk in. Jewelry, greeting cards, knick-knacks, little plants, bathroom goodies, and tons more. Owned by an incredibly kind and thoughtful woman! Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.

LOVE this place! My go to for gifts for others and me! From cool socks to perfumes and everything else in between. They carry my favorite soap called Volcanic Ash which is phenomenal for anyone with psoriasis. I also have the Boy Smells Unisex perfume in Violet Ends which is literal poetry to your senses. I remember when the owner worked at a different boutique.She is always so friendly and down to earth. I love that they are carrying some vintage clothing items and hope for more! This is a go to place of you want a personalized gift (maybe last minute…cough cough me) that looks like you spent days putting together. They also wrap the gifts for you as well! Go there. It will not disappoint.

Komoda is truly such a wonderful storefront and star spot in the neighborhood. Sherri does an excellent job curating the shop with unique items and standout brands. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and friendly. This is our favorite gift shop in all of Chicago and is always the first stop when gift shopping for the holidays or a special occasion. I am guilty of stocking up on far too many of the beauty and skincare items for personal use too! There is something for everyone here with all price points in mind.
