“I had a great experience here. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, with thoughtful recommendations. The ube colada slush was fantastic, as was the crudo with gochujang and Asian pear. The restaurant was full for dinner service but from the time I ordered to when I walked out the door was only 40 minutes.”

“Mott St is one of those restaurants that really lives up to the hype. I went for brunch, and the burger was highly recommended—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. It was absolutely delicious: juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, and it was just as impressive. The combination of flavors was outstanding, and every bite was worth it. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place that’s worth coming back to. I can’t wait to try more of the menu.”

“Nice decor, progressive, friendly staff and food is delicious!”

“This place is an absolute gem in Chicago. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, and the presentation was truly impressive. I especially loved how they served the main dishes with their own individual serving tongs. It made sharing plates so easy and added a nice touch to the experience. From the perfectly seared meat to the delicate bowls of rice and fresh herbs, everything was delicious. I cannot wait to come back.”

“First time in Chi Town and Mott St. was definitely on my list. We went for brunch, sat outside on the patio and were reminded of the weather we drove thru to make our way to the Windy City. I would still drive thru tornado like conditions to make it to this destination. Yes you’re going to order the burger. You should also do yourself a favor and order a coconut latte, papaya salad, kimchi potatoes, short stack pancakes and most certainly the best fish sandwich I have been lucky enough to eat. Like for real I have never had the McDonald’s filet o’ fish nor will I never cause it won’t compare to Mott St’s version. Also, maybe even on your way to the bathroom get a “Go Bills” from a fellow fan. Stop in the bathroom and see the dope poster they sell of the burger. Buy the poster and enjoy the the rest of the city has to offer.”

“Genuinely so good. The burger had a unique taste that brought it to the next level! I usually don't finish my food but I DEMOLISHED it. My fiance loved the kalbi steak, esp for its tenderness and yogurt aioli that it came with. The only thing we kept saying to each other the entire time we were eating was just how good everything was!”

“One of the best restaurants in West Town! Mott St has an awesome, lively atmosphere with food to match. Really friendly service, and the interior is vibrant. They have a nice patio, too. The menu features Asian fusion dishes and is meant to share family style. The oyster mushrooms were ridiculously good. The sauce was extremely rich and buttery, and I loved the miso flavor. Adding a squeeze of lemon and eating the mushrooms in tandem with the thyme cut through the fattiness from the butter. The texture was also spot on—the mushrooms were slightly crisp on the edges but not overcooked. I would rank them among the tastiest mushroom dishes I have ever tasted. The Mott Burger was truly excellent. The beef patties were thick and juicy with a really great charred, smoky flavor. The burger is topped with sweet potato drizzles, which also cover the rest of your plate’s surface. They added a great crunch with each bite. The combination of the American cheese, pickled jalapenos, pickles, and onions was wonderful—the onions are cooked in miso butter, which provided so much extra umami. All of those ingredients with the creamy hoisin aioli make for a phenomenal burger experience. My only gripe is that I wish it was the portions were a but larger. The mushrooms were $15, and the burger was $25. A fun dining experience, and I’ll be returning to sample more of their menu offerings!”

“Impressed by the quality of the food. Forgot to take pictures of the rest!”

“We got the burger and a short stack of the coconut gluten free pancakes. THE BURGER WAS TO DIE FOR. I am a natural fatty at heart so I wish they had French fries on the side but still a 10/10. The coconut pancakes were delicious and fluffy, which was surprising for gluten free!!”

“Worth the hype! I highly recommend the cauliflower and steak. Phenomenal service and cute/cozy vibe.”

“Mott St had a great energy from the moment it opened- busy, lively, and welcoming! I am not usually a burger person, but the famous Mott Burger completely won me over. The hoisin aioli and miso butter took it to another level. And the burger itself was just so juicy! A great place to check out in Chicago and absolutely worth it.”
