Mott St — a Noble Square asian mainstay. Order the Imperial Rolls. Loud in the best way, with real pulse to the room. "The steak was my favorite super tender, juicy and paired perfectly with the delicious sauce" — Wan K

“I also recommend trying the Paloma (frozen) cocktail — so good and refreshing for a summer evening”
As we walked in, the 2 hostesses were talking logistics about seating arrangements and unfortunately we were not greeted before being seated.

“Mott St had a great energy from the moment it opened- busy, lively, and welcoming.”
Mott St had a great energy from the moment it opened- busy, lively, and welcoming! I am not usually a burger person, but the famous Mott Burger completely won me over. The hoisin aioli and miso butter took it to another level. And the burger itself was just so juicy! A great place to check out in Chicago and absolutely worth it.

“Fresh and delicious food.”
Fresh and delicious food. We had an amazing brunch experience. The space is vibrant and has a nice social charm. Service was excellent. My friend and I got the gailan, eggplant Benedict and the breakfast potatoes. Everything was flavorful and tasty. Looking forward to being back for dinner soon!

“Came here to try the Mott Burger.”
Came here to try the Mott Burger. I had been seeing it a lot on TikTok. Needless to say, it did not disappoint! Came here on a Friday night and was able to get a seat at the bar. Staff is really friendly, and service was great. Would love to come back and try other items!

Amazing dinner. We found this place when we were visiting. It is small and intimate perfect for a date or to catch up with friends. Every dish was seasoned, cooked and flavored beautifully. Nice use of Asian flavors and ingredients for a delicious fusion menu. Highlights were the butterfish, Brussels sprouts and pork belly. We were absolutely stuffed and had no room for dessert. Service was excellent.

“Asian fusion served family style along side craft cocktails and a very good burger.”
Asian fusion served family style along side craft cocktails and a very good burger. Interior is a bit tight, but there is an outdoor patio as well during good weather. All of the items we got were very good and service was fast and attentive. Worth going if just to go to the bar and try the burger.

AMAZING food, very fun dishes but honestly my biggest takeaway was the service. Just superb. Great understanding of the items offered and a meal that felt truly tailored to our tastes. Couldn’t recommend for a cute date night enough.

“We came here last Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday.”
We came here last Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had a reservation, but part of our group was running late and showed up after our time. The staff was super nice and still let us have our table, which we really appreciated! I got the Mott Burger with an egg; cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor. The sauce and pickles added a great touch. Overall, we had an awesome experience and will definitely be coming back for another burger!

“I had heard about Mott Street because of the burger and reserved a table for a Saturday night.”
I had heard about Mott Street because of the burger and reserved a table for a Saturday night. All I can say is prepare to be stupified. Everything was better than expected and in flavor combinations I was not ready for. Try the steak. It is out of this world. The Gai Lan was also amazing and tasted like none we have had before and we lived in Southeast Asia for some time. And the hamachi crudo and the apple cider donuts. We will be back to work our way through the rest of the menu. Only note is it is very loud so if you are hard of hearing you will have trouble having a conversation.

“Can’t believe we waited so long to visit Mott St.”
Can’t believe we waited so long to visit Mott St! The summer tomato salad was a refreshing start with a generous portion of tomatoes, dressed subtly with vinaigrette and a touch of seaweed. The imperial rolls were delicious and not too heavy or overly greasy. The lettuce wraps actually enhanced at the dish, which seems never to be the case elsewhere. The Mott Burger more than lived up to the hype and was so unique with flavors from ingredients including miso butter onions, pickled jalapeño, and hoisin aïoli. I was a definitely hesitant but they all sang in beautiful harmony. The stuffed cabbage was equally excellent with perfectly cooked pork, crispy rice, kimchi (which I don’t normally like), and kimchi broth. We shared the miso caramel budino for dessert which was fine, but our least favorite dish. Mott St hits the perfect blend of quality food, a unique yet approachable menu, cozy and inviting ambiance, and good service. A great spot for a “nice” meal out in Chicago!
