“I will always come back here. From the walk off the elevator to the greeting from the very knowledgeable waitstaff all the way to the general manager introducing herself to us, was top tier!!! Our server was on point!. It was my birthday and he offered to sing because they didn't really have any birthday perks. You can't beat that. I had the turkey tips and cat fish combo with mac n cheese. My aunt had the wings and catfish with collard greens. Omg everything was 🔥! The atmosphere was everything too. Make sure you visit this location.”
“The best BBQ 👌 Falin is outstanding 👌 the customer service was great not a long wait clean and all the other menu items I tried were delicious! The catfish is real not swai! “Food is so delicious I went 2 days in a row. Customer service excellent each time. I love the Jerk rib entree, jerk fish entree, and barbecue rib tips and fries...you get a nice amount a food. They even have a robot help serving food, pricing is reasonable.”

“For Valentine's Day the wait was supposed to be an hour and 45 minutes but My party was seated within the hour and NGL the food took about an additional hour but I must say The Food WAS WORTH THE WAIT.... We ordered the Rib Tips and links, Jerk Chicken, fried pickles, Jerk Eggrolls, Mac, Corn Bread (Will fix your soul at first bite) Never had corn bread like that before.... Quan AKA Q was pleasantly attentive considering how busy the place was. & We got a free WorldStar show when a table tried to walk out on drinks 💀 Peach Cobbler was amazing 😍 look forward to trying the baked beans next time.... With it being V-Day couldn't let the hubby ruin the fun later...”

“Live dj good smooth music when I was there around 8:45pm ,sports bar setting, ,food was expensive automatic 15% tip in food price plus 1.70 if card is used! $54 and I got home order was missing cup of greens $8! YOU NEED A SMARTPHONE FOR MENU. Robot bring food out to server by your table (unsupervised)food not covered”
“Went for a bday dinner. Escalator was broke going up. Food was not fresh, soul rolls were old, waiter was blah, drinks weren’t strong. The atmosphere was nice especially with the DJ it’s huge inside that was probably the best part. My rib tips were ok lots of fatty pieces, fries weren’t fresh. I give this place a 5/10. Not worth $120 for 2 people.”
