Speechless! It was an amazing culinary experience, from the appetizer to the drink and the meal. When I say hands down the best soul food in the city, it’s damn good! The lamb was juicy, full of flavor, the collard greens with smoke turkey WOW, garlic mash and mac and cheese was perfectly executed with a side of jerk sauce. The Bad & Bougie Casa was the cherry on a sundae! 🍹 The jerk chicken egg rolls & salmon bites were incredible! ..and the rest can speak for itself, I’ll definitely be back!

“Our food from here was outstanding.”

Our food from here was outstanding! We ordered takeout from this place while in town visiting, and it was as delicious as we heard! We lived our dishes and we wished that we were able to dine in. The flavor was there for everything we had, and the portion sizes were decent! Next time we’re in town we’ll be back.

My first time at Soul Vibez was an unforgettable experience. I was welcomed warmly and enjoyed the music and ambiance. Is an intimate setting with a small dining room and bar but that adds to the wonder of this place. The food was amazing, the turkey leg fell off the bone. TENDERNISM! The service left nothing to be desired. Dillion took such good care of me I would highly recommend this place.

First time visiting Chicago and I was craving some good soul food—and Soul Vibez did not disappoint! We came on a Friday night around 6pm and, as expected, it was busy. We put our name down and waited about an hour, which honestly flew by thanks to the lively atmosphere and the anticipation of good food. Once seated, we were greeted by our server, Cassie, who was an absolute gem. She was friendly, attentive, and super helpful in guiding us through the menu. The food came out in about 20 minutes, and let me tell you—it was worth the wait. Everything was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and tasted like it was made with love. You can tell this place takes pride in their dishes. If you’re in Chicago and looking for authentic soul food with great service, Soul Vibez should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Absolutely a clutch spot. I managed to get there on a day it wasn't too busy and packed. I enjoyed every minute. Despite it being busy I didn't wait long for a seat ( at the bar,which I prefer since I go out solo ), the bartender/waitress made sure she gave me multiple options ( which some might not know while glancing at the menu/ different cheese/non-vegan options which is refreshing ), and all while multitasking. Of course they get paid to do this but it hits different when you don't get it at similar restaurants,lol. The portions were more than enough and did more than enough to hit the spot. The flavor was on point, and I'll most definitely be coming back

Listen me and my girls came for her birthday for the weekend and everything was absolutely amazing from the food to the drinks. Our waiter was phenomenal, and he is a Virgo so you know he was just bomb!! Ask for Malcom!! We will definitely be back, we wanted to take food home to Miami.
