I ate here at the and had no complaints. I ate an NY Strip Steak, Baked Potato, and Mac & Cheese, and a piece of Chocolate Layer Cake with shared with my friend and a couple of people at the table next to me. There was no way I was eating this cake by myself. I liked the bread selection with Soft Pretzel Sticks.

Wanted to take a minute to say that after what has been an unfriendly winter that my visit to Mastro’s last month was a refreshing breath of vitality to life. Went last month a week and half before new years to celebrate my birthday with my mother. From the time we pulled up to when we left was nothing short of exceptional. My mother has to walk with a cane but the valet was beyond courteous and even was able to park the car by the front door. Then when we walked in the hostesses were able to take us to our table and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Then our server Nicole came by to introduce herself and she was great. Let us know the specials and offered us water and bread service, we took advantage of the first. Then once we had settled ordered some amazing drinks from the bar and was pleasantly surprised by the subtleties that they had gotten into our drinks, the Ron Burgundy cocktail being a beautiful harmony of Rum and banana but balanced and not too sweet. Once we ordered dinner we got the Tomahawk to share along with the asparagus and lobster mashed potatoes. All of them were amazing and if we hadn’t started with the French onion soup and lobster bisque we would have dove in for desert. The manager Kim checked up on us during our meal and we relayed how great a time we were having. We were impressed with how she had every level of her staff really seeming to be as attentive and friendly as she was which from experience of being in this industry I can tell you is a sign of great management by how their staff is to the guests. Thank you again to Kim and Nicole for helping us celebrate and look forward to visiting again soon to experience the things we missed out on.

“Incredible eating experience.”

Incredible eating experience! Incredible service. Staff walking up and down to ensure no one ever had an empty glass. Servers were very knowledgeable about menu items and ensuring the experience I had was top tier. The bone in ribeye was exceptional. Gorgeous crust and beautifully cooked medium rare. Lobster Mac and cheese was spectacular!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mastro’s Steakhouse while visiting Chicago. We were out of town celebrating my birthday with my daughters, and the entire team truly went above and beyond to make the night special. Our waitress, June, took exceptional care of us and was incredibly attentive and kind, especially with my daughters. It was their first time dining at Mastro’s, and she made sure it was an experience they’ll always remember. Mayra’s customer service was outstanding as well. My mother was with us, and when my phone was about to die, Mayra went out of her way to help find a way to charge it. That level of thoughtfulness and genuine care really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Charles greeted and seated us with professionalism and warmth. He was very cordial and welcoming and set the tone for a great evening right away. I dine at other Mastro’s locations regularly, but the service here in Chicago was truly exceptional. Being away from home and celebrating a special moment with my daughters, they couldn’t have made it any more memorable. Thank you to the entire Mastro’s Chicago team for an unforgettable experience.

I'm a big Mastro's fan generally, and I love this specific Mastro's location so much! I have been to this location a few times now since moving to Chicago earlier this year, and all of my experiences so far have been wonderful. My photos and the review are specifically from my 30th birthday, which was particularly amazing. Kim and the team made a point to make every moment of the evening delightful, from a personalized menu to a happy birthday message on the dessert! And the food and vibes, of course, were amazing as always. Thank you Mastro's Chicago! I'm already excited to come back!

Don't get why this isn't five star. I've eaten at all of their locations in az and so cal. This one here in Chicago is consistently the best. Ironic that this city has so many good home grown steak places, yet Mastro's beats them all. Any steak you order melts in mouth like butter. And the flavor is omg. Even the base steaks. Portions are huge: sides, salads and steaks. You will have 2 to 3 meals from each order. Sit in lounge and enjoy the live music every single night. Service also top notch. Run here. And enjoy a culinary joy.
