“Today is September 21st of 2025. I made a online lunch order for me and my husband. I ordered him the famous fish sandwich with everything and for myself I ordered the grilled catfish with no bread, no condiments and sauce on the side. I came to the establishment. The food was ready on time and when I got in the car to check my food my husband's sandwich was just as it should be. But I checked my sandwich and they gave me a regular fried catfish sandwich with all of the condiments. I then called and told them that this isn't what I asked for and she then tells me oh well the menu is messed up. We don't have grill catfish. no one called me to ask me about substitutions or nor did they offer to refund me my money back for the mistake that they made! Just basically gave me what they wanted. I will never come back to this establishment again. And my husband said his sandwich was. Sloppy and greasy”
