“Loved everything about Sayuri! The two of us split two delicious and inventive rolls (Red Dragon and Tsunami) and edamame and were pleasantly full. Delicious food and great service!”

“Love this place! Seems like a mom and pop shop very cozy and amazing quality fish. Hits every single time! One of my go to’s.”

“Wonderful service and food from the owner! Pictured you will find the Mexican roll that was packed with flavor. The Gyoza and Shrimp Tempura appetizers are also delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant! 5 stars across the board.”

“I love this place. The ocean chevice is to die for! The other items on the menu we ordered were pretty good too. The owner served the food himself. He’s a pretty nice guy.”

“We wanted something different than what the O’Hare neighborhood offers so we took a ride down here based off of the current stars/reviews and they were not wrong! We started with the gyoza and the tuna tartar…both told us right away this place isn’t kidding around. That tartar is phenomenal!! Dinner for me was the Boston roll & the crunchy spicy tuna…both are a bit out of my norm, yet both were so damn delicious! My husband had the Sushi B, one of his favorites and this blew him away! They even de-tailed his shrimp…it’s the little things, ya know. Tim, Sonja, best of luck to you both! Everything was fantastic! We look forward to making the drive out again to you soon! All the best!!”

“Sushi Paradise! The best sushi in whole chicago! Sayuri Sushi bar is an absolute gem! The sushi selection is top-notch, with fresh ingredients and creative rolls that impress both visually and taste-wise. The service is impeccable, and the ambiance sets the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for any sushi lover!”

“This is a hidden gem that serves up some of the best sushi I have had. I have driven past this place numerous times and missed it. The pink neon sign is probably the only thing that'll catch your eye if you're passing by. But once you enter the premises, you're greeted by a warm and cozy place and friendly faces. They have nice seating space next to the sushi bar which is where we decided to be. Enough said about appearances... I'm glad that I tried this place. The makis are fabulous. Tried the tsunami and the one with shitake mushrooms. It was a treat to the senses. Also, managed to gobble up the chef's choice Nigiri and they too were delightful. Everything tasted fresh and the texture, as good as it can get. Also, the seaweed salad was another delicious addition to the mix of things we tried there. I can't wait to be back there and try out the other delights in their menu.”
