This place has become one of our favorite places to treat ourselves. This time we branched out from our usual ramen choices. I got a bbq pork and an ube steamed bun. My husband got the pork cutlet curry. It was all delicious. The vibes are always friendly. Almost like you’re at a friend’s house for dinner

my experience with ramen in chicago is that it tastes very similar which led me to only eat ramen a couple times a year. Mura mura changed that for good. this is hands down the freshest, cleanest and most flavorful ramen i’ve experienced so far in living here almost a decade. it is SO GOOD. i ordered delivery the first time but tonight i had to check it out in person. the restaurant is SO CUTE. it has hand painted art on the wall, a LIBRARY/book collection to read for guests. dozens of plants making the air fresh, condiments in lil jars at each table and a fish tank with dozens of fish ! i love it here, you gotta go. it’s great for takeout and perfect for a date night with family or friends. the space is friendly m, airy, and intimate. he staff is super attentive and kind . 10/10 r u crazy .

Mura Mura nails it on every aspect of the experience. The service was excellent, we drove over an hour to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The Thai tea, the bbq buns, and the spicy tonkatsu ramen was amazing every bite is filled with delicious flavor. Thank you for the great service

Really cute little ramen place, right next to Loyola! The staff was very nice and super attentive and quick. My ramen was extremely good, the pork was so tender and yummy. The salmon was also amazing!! Super affordable, I highly recommend.

I tried the BBQ pork bun and the Tokantsu ramen and both of these were great! You could see they were freshly made and the flavor was out of this world. The staff is super nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is very cozy and sort of vintage, I would fully recommend giving it more than a try :)

Great little place! We had the fried gyoza, a chicken yakisoba, and the tonkatsu ramen - all excellent! A quick walk from Loyola campus and several nearby hotels.
