“This was my first experience with the Roti chain and it did NOT disappoint. The manager Teresa was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I had a blast and was able to fuel up before catching a DJ set in Grant Park. 10/10 would recommend! Incredible food! Great Ambiance, Impeccable Service!”

“My favorite slop bowl! Solid downtown lunch spot. Get the mobile app for points and rewards.”

“The atmosphere, the staff and the service was tooo gooood. The flavors are good definitely would go back.”

“It was our first time in the place and kudos to the lady behind the counter who patiently explained the concept. The food is great tasting and prices are fair for Chicago”

“Shanara was great and welcoming for my first time. Good portions for the price and delicious, highly recommend”

“Loved the pita and bowl dishes here. Vegetarian choice are good too.”

“Pedí una pita sin gluten con falafel. Estaba rica pero le faltó que la tostara un poquito, estaba fria. El camarero fue amable, le dije que era celiaca y tomó todas las medidas posibles para evitar la contaminación cruzada. El 90% de la carta es gluten free.”

“The restaurant's atmosphere is quite pleasant and inviting. I appreciate the overall presentation of the food; it was nicely arranged. I tried a vegetarian option, but the rice had a distinct fragrance that made it somewhat challenging to finish. However, the hummus and falafel were enjoyable.”

“Hareesa chicken salad was good and all till stuff showed up shown in the second picture. Please take care of this type of stuff.”

“Average and way too expensive. Not worth it. Lacks flavors”

“Went for lunch, asked for a harissa bowl without hot honey and double chicken ($2), only differences from the menu item. I was told it was $17. I asked if that was correct and they said the bowl was $15. I told the employee the menu showed $12.99 as seen in the photo, and that my double chicken should make it $15 before tax. Then the manager came over and told me the $13 price did not include a meat, which is incorrect based on the menu description. I wasn’t even going to bother with a bad review, but the manager doubling down on the incorrect statement instead of offering to fix is what bugged me. I won’t be back, which is a shame because the food was pretty good.”
