“I absolutely LOVE this place sooo much! The falafel is amazing, one of the best in the city and the nesh bowl is amazing and honestly a great deal. They are a chipotle style restaurant so I try to get here around 11:40pm to beat the rush hour traffic!”

“Fantastic! Such a good portion of tender chicken. I’d go back!”

“The food was too die for. It was so amazing. The exquisite taste of the falafel and the orange sauce was so good. It is very important that you make sure they give you some of their grape leaves they are too good. Also the pita bread goes very well with the hummus that they give you so don't forget to try that. And check out all of the items on their menu it's a bucket list place. Almost forgot about the baklava. It had a flaky crust like nothing I've ever tasted before, and the little green powder on top is not in fact matcha green tea powder, it's actually crushed pistachios. So if you like baklava and Mediterranean food with a Chipotle-type ordering system then go here. ENJOY”

“This place is so good for a gluten-free meal! I've been in here about 10 times the last couple months and always go with the Taste of Mesh! Thank you to everyone involved 🙏🏼”

“The place is spotless and cozy, and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the prices were great, and the whole experience felt genuine. I even forgot my wallet there, and they kept it safe for me until I came back. Truly wonderful service!”

“This place was my favorite for falafel before covid. We used to go there at least once a week. Now that we are back to the office I made the trip down there. The cashier still recognized us this with a smile and a fresh plate. Still one my favorite stops for falafel in the downtown area.”

“First let me walk you though what I went through. I walked in curious as all I can be Herd the music I knew it was a vibe already Was instantly greeted by staff I asked for a shawarma she said I can give you a sample of one of our falafel’s I tried it with zero sauce and was already impressed. Crunch in bite. Taste and texture of healthy but savory. Add it to my order I said Took that and ran with it I said what meats to you have for the shawarma’s she told me all the meats I seen one specific type that I seen and she suggested ( kofta ) it was so good. Asked for a couple condiments and then as they were building I asked for fries they said yes and added fries to my order. Offered a drink and gave me my food . Told me they will call me when fries is ready. Instead they came to my table and handed them to me very nicely.. 10/10 5/5 everything Thanks again montfnse and staff ( I might be spelling her name wrong )”

“Tried the Shawafel in pita bread. Nice mix that I havent tried before.”

“The best Mediterranean food I’ve fever had!! So authentic and delicious. Best in Chicago!”

“Staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered the Chicken shawarma bowl with rice and lettuce. There was probably a topping that might have been a bit too salty but other than that, it was delicious and worth the price. Good portions and plenty of seating.”
“Great customer service and tasty. High quality food at a reasonable price. Above all, the place was clean and the staff were friendly.”
