I was gonna leave a bad review but the food was so good I mean excellent. So if you go try to find the menu and know what you want once you make it to the register. If you do that I think you'll be good. But it was crazy how the cook tried to handle that guy. The guy was come and polite but he had to get firm with him. After the guy left. The guy went to the kitchen and did a pull up over the grill and screamed 😆. Don't know what that was about. But anyway the Philly cheesesteak is A1. I will be going back”

“I have to edit my review. Raul doesn't run the store as efficiently as he believes. He hired a new young cashier, his nephew, and he got our order wrong. The store is refusing to take responsibility for the error of the young cashier. We paid $75 for 3 large sandwiches that should have been chicken phillys. Instead we got steak. I brought the sandwiches back with my receipt showing we spent almost $100 dollars on food that we could not eat. I'm saddened to have to say goodbye for something like this but the store manager should have just remade the sandwiches. While I don't eat meat and my family doesn't eat pork or beef, this was one of their favorites. This was a very disappointing experience. Some of the other posts mention bad customer service. They weren't exaggerating. I've experienced it as well. Buyer beware!!”

The haters just don’t know game. “It’s greasy!” It’s supposed to be. “The meat has no flavor!” Yes it does, it tastes like steak and onions. “The bread’s too soft!” That’s Amoroso rolls, take it or leave it. “The staff isn’t friendly!” They’re there to make fire food, not be your friend. If you can’t appreciate the beautiful simplicity of a REAL philly cheesesteak, go get an Italian beef somewhere else. Oh, and do yourself a favor and get it with whiz, don’t be a coward”
