“The pesto and fresh arugula on my sandwich were my favorite parts”
Supposedly, it’s a Turkey Sandwich….but it’s more of a pesto, arugula and tomato sandwich.
Terrible portions. Like 1/16th of a lb of chicken on grin bowl. Chicken was super dry. Quinoa was soaked in oil.
Gave this place a try based on the reviews but was very disappointed at the Chicken sandwich I got.

“Here’s what you need to know: great first experience with service.”
Here’s what you need to know: great first experience with service. Went at 10:45AM for an early lunch. Good recommendation from the team (pesto chicken), well made sandwich with premium products. Ambiance is fun for a food hall in the train station. I look forward to trying the other sandwiches there over the next few weeks. Would like more oomph / kick as an option even though I enjoyed my grilled mild pesto chicken sandwich.

“Tried the Turkey Pecorino today and it was delicious.”
Tried the Turkey Pecorino today and it was delicious! Reminded me of the sandwiches I had when I went to Florence! The bread was excellent and crispy 👍🏻. A must try!

“How did I not get a picture of the sandwich?.”
How did I not get a picture of the sandwich?! It was a quick turn around to get our food which was awesome because we were hungry. And I just need to say….THE BREAD WAS SO GOOD! I only got one sandwich which I ate there but I wish I got a second one to go for later in the evening. I cannot wait for the other location to reopen.

“A little stall selling Italian sandwiches inside of a train station building.”
A little stall selling Italian sandwiches inside of a train station building. I got their prosciutto truffle sandwich, their bread was nicely toasted, warm, and crispy on the outside. Very generous portion of cheese and meat. Staff was friendly. Would come here again.

“Wow, a classic sandwich made with quality ingredients, the prosciutto/mozzarella/arugula just hits all the right notes.”
Wow, a classic sandwich made with quality ingredients, the prosciutto/mozzarella/arugula just hits all the right notes. The bread on the sandwich is outstanding, crispy with a little fluff on the inside and great structural integrity to make a sandwich with! Also, customer service was amazing, I was having difficulty with my door dash app & confirming my order. My phone call was answered promptly and they made sure I got my order quickly despite the problems with the app!

Really great sandwich, especially for the price! And nice service. Does take a couple minutes and wish the seating was slightly better.

“A great gem of Chicago.”
A great gem of Chicago. I had a chicken pesto sandwich and it was so fresh and so delicious. The bread had a nice crunch to it and the cheese was great. Staff was nice and quick, one of the busier stands from what I saw. Really great food here

“I feel ripped off.”
I feel ripped off. I paid 13 dollars for a sandwich and I get this. All bread - 4 small pieces of chicken and some toppings that only cover one side. Tasty - but NOT worth the price. Update: the restaurant did try to make it right. Maybe it was a bad day.

“The food container for the Firenze Salad has become so small.”
The food container for the Firenze Salad has become so small. It’s almost half the size it used be. Further, it used to come with these crispy pita crouton like this and a slice of bread. That is no longer the case. The salad is missing a crunch without the pita. For $11.60 + tax and tip, it’s asking a lot for what you get. The ambiance is quick , food court/plaza vibes.

“The spicy soppressata is the one sandwich that is advertised with a photo at the front of their stand.”
The spicy soppressata is the one sandwich that is advertised with a photo at the front of their stand. The picture shows a thick layer of creamy ricotta. The reality, there’s absolutely no ricotta to be seen. The sandwich is therefore extremely dry and leaves you absolutely craving the creamy ricotta. The rest of the ingredients are fine, the soppressata is good, not enough arugula. Just a disappointment, had the potential to be a new favorite sandwich spot.

Gave this place a try based on the reviews but was very disappointed at the Chicken sandwich I got. Was hard, dry and looked pathetic with barely any meat inside. I would not eat here again.
