Palermo's of 63rd Pizza and Restaurant
Palermo's of 63rd Pizza and Restaurant — italian in Brighton Park; the Pizza is the highlight. No frills and no gimmicks, just a solid honest room. Good service that doesn't feel rehearsed. Rich Calhoun: "Somehow the crust is always crispy yet flaky/doughy, and just filling enough" [$$]

“!!il migliore!!!!! Mil grazie Don Calderone!!!!sono così felice di poter finalmente ottenere la salsa con cui sono cresciuto a la JEWELS!!!!..... WHENEVER I WANT!!!!!! Il Bocca Al Luppo!!!!”

“Went in here for pizza and loved the whole experience! The owner and staff were very welcoming and the service was great. The pizza was fantastic.. I can’t get enough of that sweet garlicky sauce that they use. All the ingredients were fresh and the amount of cheese on the pizza was just perfect. 👌🏼”

“Franks sauce in a jar is coming to Jewel (Chicagoland grocery stores like Krogers in Indiana) Been a fan of their thin sausage mushroom for decades!”

“First time trying Palermo's on 63rd st. tonight. Came in from Colorado Springs to see the Hawks play my AVS. Had to try Palermo's. Read many positive reviews, so i had to try it myself. Outstanding Chicago thin crust pizza. Highly recommend if you're ever on the South side near Midway airport.”

“$11 pitcher?!🤪 Get over here asap! Best pizza in town. Get over here, I’m SERIOUS”

“First timer….Order to go they forgot to call after waiting 45 min for my pizza and it was done and just sitting. Presentation was everything don’t like the sauce very bland and 30.75 for a medium two topping is crazy just not for me won’t be going back.”
“To be born in the exact right era, in the exact right place, to be so close to best pizza in all of existence....truly a miracle. Hands down the best pizza anywhere and ever.”
“I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. My son and I split a sausage and green pepper pizza. It was excellent. The sauce is sweetish as others have noted. I thought it was great but if that’s not your thing YMMV. But the wonderful thing was the service. For one thing, they did provide us with a lemon ice after the pizza gratis, which was very nice. But, after we’d eaten about 2/3 of the pizza, I knocked it off the table and onto the floor. I was done but that was my son’s leftovers. They baked us another small pizza, again gratis! Totally above and beyond the call! Can’t say enough about how nice it is to receive that kind of treatment! If I lived in Chicago I’d be back all the time. Special place!”
