Delicious food, super clean, friendly staff.
We've been a big fan of Naf Naf when we visit Chicago, but this was our first time at this particular location.
Delicious eats. Always so much flavor and variety, pita is baked there and perfectly puffy, staff are super friendly.
Don and team are truly remarkable. This is the best location I have ever been to. The food speaks for itself!
Some noted
I don’t see why people would come here. The line is always ridiculously long and their plates/wraps are mediocre at best.
They left the falafel out of the bowl, so it was $13 for couscous and lettuce. Don’t get takeout here.
Instruct your employees to answer the phone. I forgot something there & no one would answer. Terrible service.

Bought lunch here and had a got some good food. The rice and chicken were warm and everything tastes fresh. Only downside is that the plate got wet from the food and was slowly falling apart by the time I made my 5 min walk to where I sat down to eat.

I recently ordered both the Falafel and Chicken Family Size meals from the catering section of Naf Naf Grill on Washington St., advertised to feed 6 people per each order. Unfortunately, the portions were smaller than expected. After reaching out to Calvin Dickerson, the district manager, he promptly addressed the issue and provided compensation for the portion sizes. I truly appreciate his attentiveness and the way Naf Naf Grill handled the situation. Thank you, Calvin, for ensuring a great customer experience!

Exactly my first time eating food from this restaurant. We got there at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Plenty of folks piled in after us. Delicious, fresh to order prepared at the right temperature. They give you a lot of food. Wow the burger queen recommends this restaurant 😍

I got the pick 2 and the chicken kabob. The food was absolutely delicious, The servers were energetic and polite. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. This will become a regular lunch spot for me.

I eat here several times a week. The chicken hummus bowl is great. Surprisingly the schnitzel hummus bowl is really good. The line moves quickly and the staff is generally friendly.

This place is a fresh build your own Mediterranean style meal. They have hummus and rice bowls with various protein options. I really enjoy the falafel. The sliced onions and chopped veggies are great. The best part are the sauces, including a spicy one. I highly recommend this place.
