“Delicious food! Got the shawarma bowl. Hummus was so good, chicken was high quality. Sauce was flavorful and spicy. Service was quick, friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Good hummus. OK price. Pita is also good and various options for toppings. The food court it's located in isn't the best but it's not the place's fault...”

“Ordered delivery of the Baharat Spiced Beef Hummus Bowl- it was great 👍 Also ate the same dish in the Revival food court. In terms of general food review, I think the shawarma and falafel balls are the best and the hummus is good. Pitas and soups are mid.”

“La Shuk is a great little find in the food court. Everything we tried was really good. The eggplant with hummus and chickpeas was super tasty and comforting, and the chicken shawarma was awesome—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Easy spot to grab something delicious without overthinking it. Would definitely eat here again when I visit Chicago.”

“A bit of a hidden gem for Middle Eastern food. We were at the Sterling Food Hall and a lot of the restaurants were closing. Fortunately, LaShuk was open and delicious. Everything was made fresh and the falafel melted in my mouth. The hummus was on point and the pita was divine. Bon Appetit!”

“We really enjoyed their super fresh and flavorful creations. The Falafel Hummus Bowl was great (although it missed the ordered Baba Ganoush). The real revelation, however, was the Mushroom and Caramelized Onion Bowl (with some really hot Zhug): juicy and bursting with flavors! Our four pita breads could have benefited from a bit more roasting time, but this is of course subjective. Small suggestion for the owners: having Malabi not only for dine-in but also on the delivery menu would be a great addition.”

“In a busy food court, nice options both meat eater and vegetarian (get the mushroom and onion hummus bowl!).”

“I stopped in today to get a chicken shawarma hummus bowl and it was awesome! I thought it was a lot better than Naf Naf.”

“Ordered here a few times. Ordering online and picking up is best. Food is delicious adequately seasoned without being too salty. 4 stat because packaging could be more sustainable.”

“POTENTIAL This place could be SO GOOD if they fix a few things…. It was mediocre at best on my visit today. Temperature of the chicken shawarma was not even lukewarm. Would call it cold. Flavor and texture are great. One of the reasons we came is for the fluffy puffy pita I saw in the photos. Ours today was flat, firm, and pathetic. So bad I didn’t even eat it.”
