“The physical space is basic but clean and comfortable.”

The physical space is basic but clean and comfortable. It is the really tasty food that brings me back here. Most others eating around me are Latino speaking Spanish energetically and in a way that lets you know they are regulars and know each other. I believe that when natives of the country of origin of the food frequent a restaurant, you can be sure the food is authentic. I had the chicken mole enchiladas with a side of guacamole. The restaurant provided corn chips with a bean dip that was tasty but I did add some salt. The mole sauce was tangy yet not overly hot. The meal was large and I took much of it home. It reheated beautifully and was totally tasty. Service was fast and the waitress was friendly. Don't be dissuaded by the basic appearance and plastic table cloths. This is really good food. I do wish they had some healthier drink options but they have an extensive menu and lots of choices of soda drinks.

“I got the taco dinner.”

I got the taco dinner. The only downside is that you only get to choose one meat. The size and the flavor of the tacos do not reflect the price. This is what a $20.00 taco combo should be and for less then 15.00 even with a $2.00 tip! I will definitely be eating here again soon! Five stars, two thumbs up and a spill on the shirt delicious

“Small little business right on the corner.”

Small little business right on the corner. Authenic mexican food. Their Al Pastor is sliced off of a spit and it is marinated perfectly with lots of sweet flavors. They have many uncommon taco toppings like chicharrón (pork skin) which is delicious. Their Mexican rice is flavored well. They serve chips and beans instead of salsa.

“I was really excited to try this place, but was unfortunately met with disappointment.”

I was really excited to try this place, but was unfortunately met with disappointment. My boyfriend and I decided on this place for a last minute dinner and walked in about 20 minutes before they closed. This is what we were given. Tacos that are sloppily thrown together and submerged in rice. I don’t know if this was done purposely because we walked in last minute, but this is unacceptable. Tacos were okay. Could use more flavor.
