We ordered directly from their website for delivery and purchased flautas and a burrito suizo. As soon as we opened the flautas we found hair sprinkled right on top of the cheese of the beans. It was very disturbing and gross. I understand if a little bit of hair gets on the food (still gross but understandable) but this was a LOT of hair and specifically sprinkled on top of the cheese. It almost looks like it was done on purpose. We called them right away to get a refund but the hostess we spoke to on the phone spoke limited English and hung up on us right away when we tried explaining what we found. We packed up all the food we didn’t even touch and drove to their restaurant. The hostess did not easily understand our complaints at first but we showed her what we found. She went back to the kitchen and you can clearly see their cooks with long beards and facial hair and not a hair net or hair cover in sight. My husband and I have both worked in the food industry and I’m certain this is a health code violation. We asked them for a refund and they only provided us a refund for the actual order and not the service or delivery fees which. They also was only able to provide a cash refund. We did not have the energy to argue any further so we left and don’t intend to return again. The restaurant itself looks to be in poor shape and not maintained very well in terms of hygiene and sanitation. I’m all for supporting small hole in the wall businesses but there are still basic hygiene standards that needs to be followed.

this is literally the best food i have ever had in my life. i could eat this every single day and never lose my craving for it. when im down and depressed, mondragon is by my side. when im hungry with nothing to eat, mondragon fills my belly. mondragon is that friend that makes sure youre always included. i dont think id be the man that i am without mondragon

I have ordered enchiladas several times and they are delicious. However, I ordered the guacamole and chips and was extremely disappointed. The portion was small and the guacamole was not the focus. Onions and tomatoes won with very little guacamole.
