Across the street from the Kimball & Lawrence Brown Line train station, you'll find the best 👌 Birria Tortas with Consome, a must try! Pour some consume in your torta, add lime, salsas, and dip the torta again if you like😋 While you wait, enjoy the awesome homemade salsas and chips with a refreshing horchata, which doesn't taste like the other restaurants that leave a cheap powder taste in your mouth. If a torta is too much, I suggest the Quesabirria with Consome, so you can dip to your heart's content. ROSITA'S is a family owned restaurant that has us coming back for delicious meals everytime. Say hi to Mama Rosita, Poncho, and Betto when you come in. You will not regret it.

Some of the best Mexican food I've had yet! Their quesabirria offerings are soooo good, and the staff offers warm and welcoming service. Can't wait to come back and work my way through more of the menu! 10/10 on every front.

I had an incredible dining experience at Rosita’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing—authentic flavors and generous portions. The tacos were fresh and packed with flavor, and the guacamole was the best I’ve ever had! If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommend!

We tried the quesabirria tacos as well as the giant quesabirria, and they were so good. The large horchata is HUGE and everything is worth the price! With the giant quesabirria, I got full after one slice (it comes in four slices) but I powered through and finished it all, and had the best nap afterwards. The horchata must be homemade because it’s so rich!

Ok, yes, the birria IS that excellent. The consume is lean, flavorful and has LAYERS of flavor. The meat was fall apart tender, and the Chile rellenos were the low key stars!! Everything was excellent.
