“Nothing like a warm spring night sitting outdoors in a lively atmosphere with delicious tacos and a side of classic Coke. Sitting under the cta tracks Flaco's outdoor sitting makes you feel as you're within a canopy of sound coziness and excitement. I recently went there with a friend for the first time in years. We decided to sit outside. It was very busy, with almost every table taken. I ordered two tacos- fish and black bean, with a side of quac / chips. Delicious. Their freshly fried tortilla chips our classic, crispy and buttery. Highly recommend the food and location and the outside seating. A nice spot all around but a real must do when the weather is agreeable.”

“I love the margaritas and that you can get them take away in a bottle to go but the food itself is not the best. I love tacos and i’ve tried the chicken, steak, and pork and every time i’m disappointed. The meat quality could be better and i’ve definitely made better tacos at home. The chips were fresh but nothing special. Way too overpriced for the food quality to be so bad. I understand that the margaritas are almost $10 each because they’re frozen and pretty strong but still a bit pricy for mid mexican food. I’d go back for the margaritas but that’s it.”

“Great place for a quick bite that isn't too expensive. Per person it's like $15, not bad at all. You know the tacos are gunna be good when they come out with double tortillas 😍 fire tacos, the burritos were good, and the bowls are tasty as well. Would recommend. Also the drinks are yummy, not too sweet!”
“The chicken burrito was one of the BEST I've ever had. Perfectly prepared. The chips and both salsa types were also epic. My daughter is entering her junior year at Loyola, and I'm bummed that I didn't discover Flaco's until last week on our annual visit to pick her up for the summer. Look forward to the return.”
