Best authentic margaritas featuring a curated selection of spirits and all natural ingredients. Andres' knowledge on the spirits avaliable and special attention to every cocktail he prepares is a mixologist masterclass. Don't miss out on the food too. The habanero burger and steak salad are a must!

Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience here. The tequila selection is seriously impressive, and every drink we tried was amazing. Loved how their drink selection has a variety of flavors including spicy. The tacos were surprisingly rich in flavor, (como Mexicana) I tend to not have high expectations going in restaurants but these were way better than I expected. A special shoutout to our bartender, Andres, who made the visit even better. He offered thoughtful recommendations based on what we said we liked, and everything he suggested was spot on. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great drinks, delicious food, and excellent service!

Food was good! Bartender made a killer dink like a piña colada with tequila. Shrimp, quesadilla and chips salsa were outstanding.. Update one year later- still outstanding! Had the passion fruit margarita and strawberry. Carne asada tacos were so yummy!

DelToro is a must-visit if you’re looking for great margaritas and an impressive selection of tequilas. Their margaritas are spot-on—refreshing, well-balanced, and crafted with care. The tequila list is extensive, making it a perfect spot whether you’re a casual sipper or a tequila enthusiast. The food is just as excellent as the drinks. Every item is flavorful, fresh, and pairs perfectly with their cocktails, which makes the whole experience feel complete. The atmosphere is lively yet welcoming, making it a great place for a night out with friends or a casual date. If you’re in Pilsen and craving quality drinks and delicious food, DelToro should definitely be at the top of your list.

My brother has been telling me about this place for a few years. I wish I had tried it sooner. I love the atmosphere. The host was very welcoming. They have an easy menu to pick from. EVERYTHING was delish! The sopes were guilt free. The red salsa was very authentic. The drinks were to good to even take a quick pic. Considering how expensive life is nowadays, this spot is definitely inexpensive. I recommend that everyone try, you won't regret it.

Last night was our first time at Del Toro, and we chose it as the spot to gather with friends visiting from out of town. Street parking was free, which felt like an immediate win. Our first impression walking in was that it’s a charming place—casual and relaxed, yet somehow still slightly elegant. The overall vibe was great. We had hoped to sit on the patio, but due to a pending storm they weren’t seating outside. That was a bit disappointing, especially since the storm never came during the two hours we were there, but the staff handled it well and did their best to accommodate us with a great indoor table. Pricing felt fair—pretty much what you’d expect. Not a bargain, but not overpriced either. The food highlights: definitely get the chips and guac, and anything with carne asada—it was excellent. The drinks were on the smaller side, but strong and beautifully presented. A couple notes: I wish the quesadilla came with a side of rice and beans. It was only offered as an appetizer, which felt like a miss for something that could easily be a full meal. Also, service could use some improvement. Our waiter dropped the ball a few times, and while the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, the wait times were noticeable. They were more than adequately staffed and so this should not have been an issue. With about a 50-minute commute for us, I’d come back if I were already in the area and craving steak tacos. But it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way for again. It's the wait time that did it for me. So if you're local and in the area, and have time to wait, go for it.

Found street parking in front of the business. Greeted immediately and asked if we wanted to be inside or out. We decided to sit outside and ordered some drinks and dessert. Abulita drink and a cucumber drink, both were on point and tasted minimal tequila. They tasted the tree leches and another dessert but devoured the tree leches.

First time here, been wanting to come for a while. Came early, plenty of seats. Margaritas were pretty good, but the quesadilla and taco de puerco adobado were great. Loved the Jalisco old fashioned. Would definitely come back.
