“They start you off with your traditional chips and salsa and also offered a nice hot soup. I ordered the tampiquena dinner which comes with an enchilada, rice and beans and a good cut of arrachera. Food was average but tasted pretty decent and authentic. Only thing that was different is that they do add cheese on the steak itself. I would come back. Wonderful service.”
“I wish I could give 0 stars because how they have any rating higher than 1 star is beyond me. I don’t know if they half-bake the take out orders or if they are just bad at cooking. The food is not at all what you expect from an authentic Mexican place. My taco dinner came with lettuce and tomatoes on flour tortillas which quickly turned soggy and dripped all over the plate. It also came with only rice, no beans. A lot of bland rice. The nacho especial was appalling. It’s 9 tortilla chips with refried beans, a pickled jalapeno, a square of unmelted cheese, and globs of sour cream. I ended up taking the refried beans off for my taco dinner but couldn’t eat it because it just tasted like pickled jalapenos. My partner ordered a steak burrito but got a steak and chicken burrito. It also had a slab of the unmelted cheese on top and fell apart immediately from how soggy it was. Huge disappointment given the high ratings. What are you guys doing here?”
“I have ordered from this place looking at pictures it looked good. Getting take out was a mistake , I didn’t get what I ordered at all the steak burrito was a steak and chicken burrito. My nachos look extremely cheap, and looked rushed cheese was some kind of cheese squares . Got tacos as well and they don’t have cilantro at all. Upsetting”
