We order from Carbon regularly at work and it’s always amazing. Don’t sleep on the roasted red pepper salsa.
First time here, loved the full strips of steak on the tacos and they were loaded right. The server was very attentive.

My husband and I were out one day and decided to try a new restaurant. We are so glad that we chose Carbon Cantina! The restaurant is so cute and just a really nice atmosphere. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. Now the food and drinks.... FANTASTIC!!!! We loved everything we ordered. 10/10 highly recommend!

I ordered the Mother Clucker and it was burrito with just char-grilled pieces of chicken and tequila lime sauce. The sauce is on the sweet side, so Inwont be getting it next time, but the chicken is delicious and plenty. I’m satisfied as a first timer with my $20 lunch w drink. I recommend it and will be returning.

Small but pleasant eatery, we dined in, I had the steak taco with Elote on it, and an order of chips and guacamole. My husband had that steak burrito. All of it was absolutely delicious 🤤 if you love Mexican food, try this place! Updated with pictures, we just ate here again tonight and the food was just as good as I remembered it! Fun Friday trying a new place. We decided to check it out for the happy hour times and overall great reviews. It didn’t disappoint, the shrimp and steak tacos were better than expected and the 7$ margaritas for happy hour, you can’t really beat! The service, the food, the drinks and ambiance is all worth the try and recommendation for anyone wanting to try whether locally or anyone coming from out of town Thank you!
