“The food here is like a hug to the soul.”
The food here is like a hug to the soul. The birria is goat meat, it’s so tender and delicious, the consommé is delicate and wonderful as well. The small bowl will feed a regular person, only get the big bowl if you are really hungry. We also tried the tongue and cheek tacos, especially the cheek blew our minds. Their salsas are a tad spicier than regular salsa taqueras so beware. I would say come here twice, once for the bowl of birria in consommé and another time just to get the tacos. They are cash only.

Is this the best birria in town? Maybe! I got the large and it was more than filling (probably could have gotten the regular size). Very tasty! The new go to spot as the weather gets colder. FYI, it’s cash only, so be sure to come prepared (otherwise, the closest atm is a couple blocks away)

One of if not the best place for Birria in Chicago. We always get the pound of goat meat with the conzome. Tastes delicious every time! Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Quite a simple menu that’s basically only different kinds of birria tacos. This was our first time trying this and it was delicious! Only cons are that the place is cash only and the prices are a tad high, for the two of us to have 3 tacos, 2 Jalisco sodas, and split one consommé we spent $29.
