This restaurant is simply fantastic. I have visited two branches in Chicago, Old Town and the Loop, and their hummus is amazing and unmatched. The pita bread is smooth and incredibly tasty. In both locations, the service was excellent, but the Loop branch stands out with its uniquely kind and helpful Mexican-American staff.

Olive Mediterranean Grill is my go-to spot when I’m craving something fresh but filling in the Loop. Ordered the chicken shawarma plate ($15) with rice, hummus, and a side of their garlic sauce—absolutely hit the spot. The chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, and the hummus was super creamy. Also grabbed a falafel wrap ($10) for later, and it was just as good. The portions are solid, and the food always tastes fresh. Service is quick, so it's perfect if you’re on a lunch break. If you’re in the area, definitely worth stopping in!

“This is the best restaurant in all of Chicago.”

This is the best restaurant in all of Chicago. I go here once a week because that’s the only time that fits into my schedule. My only suggestion would be to be open longer so that I can come more often. The lunch special has a good value, the staff is hospitable, and the food is delicious.

Tasty food, quick service, kind staff. Most of menu is naturally gluten-free and staff is aware of what isn't and will point it out if you ask. No complaints, decent all around. Restaurant is a bit small but it's more of a "grab and go" place than a sit down establishment.
