We were wondering what it is that they fry the fries in or what they season them with because we've never had fries like that before

I tried this restaurant on whim for a gyros. The quality of food and service is top notch. The gyros and stuffed grapes leaves were excellent!! Both were very tasty and the waffle fries were a nice touch crispy yet soft inside and the bag is filled. Over all great experience!! AAA+

I had the falafel bowl, and the lentil soup. The Jerusalem salad was OK 8/10. The hummus was the worst part. It wasn’t necessarily nasty. It was just meatier taste. I don’t know if it was cumin or what 6/10. The pita bread was all right 8/10. Falafels weren’t the best, but at least they weren’t hard 7/10. The rice was cooked right? But not very seasoned 7.3/10. The lentil soup was all right. I did notice a lot of water with it. I am not sure if it just diffused that way because of the lentils. When you miss it, it is slightly thicker 8.9/10. Very kind, staff attention to detail. I just wish the hummus was better. That is one of the main parts of dishes! Hey, if you guys are reading this Potbelly’s sandwich shop literally has better hummus!
