“10/10 really great food and drinks especially the hibiscus drink”

“This was a very quaint little bakery. The lady at the counter was super nice and welcoming. They do only a few things BUT THEY DO THEM WELL. The Puff Puff - were just the right amount of sweet and pillowy. The beef pie with potatoes - so good and comforting. The molasses cookies - full of flavor and spice. The hibiscus juice - they make in-house and it was super refreshing. (No seating, so we walked to oromo cafe to eat our pastries and have a coffee) Super affordable. Highly recommend.”

“Stumbled across this place on a walk and ended up coming back a second time in the same day! After trying the soft/chewy puff puffs (with a chocolate drizzle) that have a similar texture to mochi donuts and the massive cinnamon roll with a heaping serving of icing, I had to come back for the savory pastries which were also top notch! The only thing that was not served was coffee so we ended up taking the goodies down the street. Looking forward to going back for a loaf of Agege bread and another serving of... Everything.”

“Just had the most incredible cinnamon roll of my life. Wonderful little bakery run by a wonderful woman from Nigeria!”
“Fluffiest cinnamon rolls on the planet. Generously iced with cream cheese frosting. Super friendly service.”
“Soooooo good -- my favorite bakery in the area with the BEST cinnamon rolls!!! I'm constantly craving them The banana bread is stunning too, but you can't go wrong with anything here. Prices are fantastic, especially for the quality of food. Owner is also so sweet. Cannot reccomend this place enough!”
“Delicious meat pies and sausage rolls. Had the zobo drink as well and it tasted great!”
“Amazing hidden gem! We get the puff puffs and meat pies and they always hit the spot!”
“This place is just stupid. The owner is just stupid nice. The food is just stupid good. The service is just so stupid amazing. It's really hard not to just fall in love with this place minutes after entering. Nigerian immigrant owned, community oriented. There's just little not to live. Only complaint I have is their prices are too low.”
“A true Chicago hole in the wall!! Omg I cant say enough about how freaking tasty everything is😭♥️♥️♥️”
