I tried an almond latte (creamy and gently spiced) alongside a slice of olive oil cake a slice that was moist and nuanced in flavor, neither too sweet nor too heavy. Each bite and sip felt thoughtfully balanced. The staff’s steady presence added warmth without intrusion, making Café Colao feel less like a coffee stop and more like a well-timed reset.”
