Kind + hospitable staff make the experience worth everything + more! All of the food was fresh, with eating + common areas being CLEAN, including the bathrooms. Complimentary to go smoothies, but you’ll honestly be too full at the end to want to take them. So many food options, including a sauce bar with fruit and salad as well. The convenience of ordering through a tablet was relieving and the speed of service was prompt.

Experienced the ‘adventure’ menu! It’s fun getting food from the rotating conveyor belt—a lot of side dishes to choose from. You can also choose from the available broths. I chose Tonkatsu -so good. You can also try the Kimchi Jjigae. The crew assigned to us always makes sure we have all our orders right away. The desserts are a plus, too!!

The mochi ice cream was 🤌🤌 I could eat it all day. You get a free smoothie! The broths were phenomenal..my only problem was the small bowl and the spoon in the broth, I made an unbelievable mess trying to get food from the broth to my bowl

The experience was positive because the food was something new for me. While I appreciated the atmosphere, I found the service to be lacking. None of the staff offered assistance or explained the operation of the hot pot heat until my soup began to burn. Someone arrived with an less than ideal attitude and asked us to turn it off. If you enjoy eating a lot, the "all you can eat" option may be a good value. However, I think paying almost $60 per person is expensive for those who don't eat a lot.

My friend and I decided to try shabuplus. The atmosphere is amazing and clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. You have a variety of options to choose from throughout your course, we got the adventure pack it was delicious! I definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

They were busy so I’ll admit I had to ask a few times for things like silverware and refills on broth before they brought, but the food was so amazing I could care less. It was amazing and easy enough even a kid could figure out how to drop their own ramen. Was so fun, can’t wait to go again!
