“Visited for lunch with a friend for lunch on a Sunday. I tried to make a reservation ahead of time since I know it’s popular, but it didn’t seem like weekend reservations were available. We got there right when they opened at noon and were seated immediately. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. I wasn’t super familiar with the menu and our server walked us through it in a kind, helpful way that didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. The ramen I ended up choosing was incredible and the portion was huge, I had plenty left over for another meal. For anyone worried about long waits or getting turned away, there were still plenty of tables and counter seats open by the time we left at lunchtime on Sunday, granted it was also one of the first truly gorgeous days of the year in Chicago, so people may have been outside enjoying the weather.”
“Seen on DDD & had to try it. Our order was DELICIOUS!!! Got the Shoyu Plus and Monster Ramen bowls. The server was excellent - described the differences between the bowls really helped us determine our order. The restaurant was clean and food was served very quickly. 😋”
