“Entering through an alley and located in the basement of Green Street Smoked Meats with limited seating, it has the appearance of a cool bar in one of the the trendiest neighborhoods in the city. While cocktails are a good idea, its ramen is as good as advertised - flavorful broth with depth, chewy noodles, and incredibly chashu. Combined with a good service that churn people in and out to accommodate what can be a long line without feeling rushed, this is a must visit for ramen enthusiasts. Highly recommended.”

“We had a fantastic lunch here. The pork belly was tasty. So tender, it practically melts in your mouth. The slushy drink was delicious too but seems kind of small. Overall we had great service and we were seated right away. Thank you.”

“Really great ramen spot with a super cool concept and location. The ramen was very flavorful and their beer selection was surprisingly good too. One thing to know: the place only seats around 15 people, so definitely make a reservation or plan to go later in the evening unless you want a long wait. Small space, but honestly part of the charm. Would definitely come back.”

“We had an amazing time here. It's a small narrow cozy place down in the basement, the hostess was super sweet to everyone and assigns you stools ensuring everyone gets a spot till they're at capacity. We sat at the bar and our server walked us through the menu, explained the spice levels and recommended us drinks based on what we were looking for. I got the 1/4 spice tonkatsu and the orange kabosu slush with added rice gin. Everything was insanely good. Loved everything about this place and will be back next time I'm in town. 🔥”

“Incredible as always! Haven't been in a while and decided to go with some friends visiting from the Bay Area. Did not disappoint. Grabbed some drinks upstairs from Green Street Smoked Meats bar while we waited. Still have plenty of left overs.”

“We tried the signature bowl and it was delicious. We ordered a slightly spicier version and it was quite spicy for my taste. It was a very good and unique ramen. As for the line, we waited 30 minutes for a seat at the bar. It was a Sunday, 12:30. This place is very small, maybe 12 seats or a little more.”

“Had to wait for 2 hours. We spent the time upstairs drinking beer. The wait was ABSOLUTELY worth it! ! Got the signature with quarter spice & it was DELICIOUS! 😍”

“We finally made it here, and I’m so happy 🤩 For sure one of the best Ramens I’ve ever tried 😋 Signature Ramen 👌🏻”

“Food was unbelievable. Service was impeccable. Vibes were peak.”

“If you are craving for some really spicy ramen, then this place will not disappoint you. We dropped in our names and went to get a couple of beers from green street smoked meats which was a perfect warm up before this place. The atmosphere inside was very cozy and vibey. We had the tonkatsu and the shoyu ramen. Although both were really good, but we loved the tonkatsu more. The pork itself was excellent. We wrapped up with a mochi. Overall, had a great experience!”

“I have been here multiple times and this is by far my favorite ramen. This time around we had the Tonkotsu and Maitake ramen. Both we rich and full of flavor, the pork is very tender and melts in your mouth and the soft boiled eggs are cooked to perfection. Full spice is VERY spicy, i typically stick to 1/4 spice then add more chilli flakes as needed. Staff is always kind and service is quick. There's no reservations avaliable and there is limited seating but wait times are usually shorter than expected, we have never waited more than 30 minutes for a seat for a party of 2.”
