We orders some hot wings, usually when we get our wings, the fries are separated from the wings and everything is properly placed separately with a parchment paper, when I opened the container I saw this mess my fries were all soggy and the wings tasted off.

As always when I try to make a trip home from Arkansas I swing into Ricobene’s and what a better way to celebrate a Toews return to the United Center and Blackhawks shut out than with a King breaded steak with red sauce, mozzarella and sweet peppers and a side of fries and finished with an Italian ice! The food was hot and fresh and delicious!

What an awesome old school Old Chicago feeling joint serving fresh Chicago classics as well as their unique and famous breaded steak sandwich. My buddy and I both got our own steak sandwiches, both with extra sauce, sweet and hot peppers. They were awesome -- an absolute mess to navigate with sauce and cheese and toppings spilling everywhere but 100% worth every bit of eating effort. Looking around, everyone around us was eating something different -- the Italian Beef, the pizza, everything looked awesome and I would love to come back and try everything!

“Wow this place was like old Chicago.”

Wow this place was like old Chicago. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered the cheese and sausage pizza slices. The cheese and sauce was delicious. We ordered the breaded steak sandwich with sweet and spicy peppers. It was so good. The steak was tender and the sauce on top of it was fantastic! I am sure the pasta dishes would be so amazing. I look forward to going again. And I highly recommend going! Oh and one the best parts is they have a parking lot across the street that is free parking!

The best place to get pizza in chicacgo, this is 3rd time I've gone back to get pizza. Honestly my favorite has to be the breaded steak pizza. Would recommend the pan pizza as well, especially if you want a slice to go, they have a dedicated line for by the slice.

Ricobenes is such a classic Chicago spot. We've been here a few times and it never lets us down. We always get our orders in fast and even thought theres a lot of people, we are always able to find a seat. Our favorite item has been the chicken vesuvio sandwich. Its just so fresh and light while also being dunked in garlic butter. I dont know how they do it! And pretty cheap too. If youre a tourist and looking a local spot, you gotta check Ricobenes. Aside from the food, its just got that classic Chicago vibes to it too.

Fell in love with this place. We crave it all the time. The pan pizza might be the best I’ve had with a perfect buttery crust. The chicken vesuvio is a phenomenal sandwich. Quick and friendly service and great prices. Draft beer too. Free parking across the street. Place is worth the hype

Had to come for the breaded steak sandwich! Recommend by a friend. First thing I noticed was how HEAVY the sandwich was! My husband and I split the king size. It was too big for me to finish and bite through! Definitely delicious though and VERY messy!!! Fries were great too!

It might just be nostalgia for me but, it has been 7 years since I came to the Downtown Chicago area to eat out. I decided to stop by and get something to eat here for good old times sake. And boy it just brings back memories when I used to be in highschool and stop by here on my bike to get a slice. It still tastes pretty good and I ate it so quick I forgot to take a picture of the slice to post 😅. 100/10 would recommend coming here the pizza just hits different here without being so expensive like other pizza places close by.
