“Pizza is soooo good, love the vibes and highly recommend. I forgot to take a pic of the pizza but it was a recommendation from the homie up front (Pepperoni slice deluxe or something). Music was bopping too, real good vibes. If you want a lowkey spot for a slice or a whole pizza in the area, this is it.”

“Amazing Pizza and super friendly staff. I’ve been a long time fan of Professor Pizza! So awesome to see the new place! Came in for a bite to eat and catch up on some work. The WiFi was great and pizza was top notch per usual!”

“Came in for Crazy Bingo with friends. They had a few pizzas to order by the slice for dine-in but I believe they have more pizzas that are made to order. Nice dining room & the staff were very friendly! I especially enjoyed the pepperoni with hot honey and ricotta”

“Stumbled upon Professor Pizza on Google after their 2 day grand opening in West Town. We had the Grandma’s pizza and wings. Definitely the real deal, crust was phenomenal, sauce was amazing to top it off. The wings had a perfect touch of Parmesan in the buffalo sauce. A lot of 90’s nostalgia which made the establishment that much better. A lot of heart and soul poured into the place with family pictures and photographic memories with close friends. Hope you become a massive staple here Professor Pizza. 5/5”

“Tried Professor pizza a couple of years ago when they were serving out of a kitchen but never left a review. From what I vividly recall we loved the pizza and tried more than one kind. The service was out of this world and they made our experience memorable. So much so it became my favorite muse. Happy to see the growth!”

“Excellent pizza and service and was open on Monday! Got the 12 inch supreme on Grandma's Crust. Almost ate it all. Fantastic food! Conveniently located within walking distance of Lincoln hotel.”

“We visited from Wisconsin thinking we could eat here but it was only for pick up. I was very excited to try this place out and Alexander , guy with the glasses and Long black hair (Hope I said your name correctly) was awesome to let us place an order. We loved the pizza we ordered! And our friends back in Wisconsin are planning to make a stop. Thank you so much for the friendly service!!”

“Ordered the Detroit style pepperoni w Ricotta. 10/10. Name and logo underrated. Solid Za, will order again”

“Pepperoni on Grandma Style crust with ricotta cheese dollops 🍕🤤”

“Good ny pizza, wish it was a little more firm and less expensive.”

“This review is for the location on Grand Avenue near Noble Street. Professor Pizza sort of resembles a NY pizza joint, with a variety of pies on racks, but no big ovens behind the counter. I had a sausage slice and a pepperoni slice; my wife had a cheese slice and a Sicilian style with cheese. I would give the crust a 5, it reminds me of a true NY style crust that's pliable with a thicker edge like I expect. The cheese is good, too. However, the sauce on our NY and Sicilian style slices disappointed us. It tasted kind of acidic, and we did not like the bits of tomato that sometimes had the skin, plus small chunks of garlic and what tasted like cooked onion. Some people may give this a 5, but we prefer a smooth "chunk-free" sauce and likewise gave the pizza an overall 3. As for the toppings, the pepperoni and sausage were pretty good, and gave my slices that "oily runoff" you typically see with NY style pizza. Counter service was quick and they brought the slices to our table. The restaurant is spacious and has plenty of bench-style and table seating, with perfect decor for a pizza place, and a Sopranos pinball machine in the corner.”
