Well having a fancy stove is great BUT if you put uninspired ingredients with very little flavor you outcome will be Coalfire.
Food delivery was late. They use their own delivery drivers so it's not on Uber eats.

“Incredible pizza (obviously) made with top notch ingredients, quality service, and a family vibe”
Bad experience. I ordered for delivery on Uber Eats and it never arrived.

“Great food that you'd think would come from a fancy restaurant!”
Great food that you'd think would come from a fancy restaurant!! Delicious and the variety of options gives everyone something to enjoy and share... if you don't finish it first. 😆

“Pizza is delicious.”
Pizza is delicious! One of my favorite Ceasar salads would be from here as well! Focaccia was so fluffy and light. Staff were all friendly and kind. Definitely a neighborhood place.

“Family owned style pizzeria.”
Family owned style pizzeria. Thin crust cooked/“coalfired” in a clay oven in an open kitchen. Coalfire’s ingredients are sourced from local artisan butchers and growers, who pride themselves on providing hormone free, humanely raised meats, and organic, non-GMO fresh produce.

“Coalfire was pretty great.”
Coalfire was pretty great! Walked in on a Saturday evening, got seated immediately. We got the margherita and the stracciatella & sausage pizza and both tasted pretty good. The thin crust actually let us eat more slices, but 2 of us still couldn’t finish all of it. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, overall would recommend!

“We've been Coalfire a couple times and this has to be one of our favorite shops in Chicago.”
We've been Coalfire a couple times and this has to be one of our favorite shops in Chicago! The coalfire style of baking the pizza makes really nice crust. The sauce and cheese are really good and they have the crumbly sausage which is my favorite. Highly highly recommend this pizza shop!
